Recently was invited to try the Boxing Boot Camp Class – Thursday Night 7:30 in Coral Gables Location. I’ve been to many fitness centers in the US , I workout a lot and enjoy every minute of it. I must say I was really impressed with this one. So let me get into details. This location is very spread out and it didn’t seems crowded. Front desk staff are cheerful and friendly; reception area looks very nice and welcoming. Locker rooms were nice , clean and organized. That was a plus for me. Now I must say the Boxing Boot Camp instructor (Mike Walczak ) was pretty amazing. I didn’t know what to expect when I came to a new class, and since I have been to so many I was thinking “it would be just another class” . No. I was wrong. It was brutal. First of all he started with great upbeat music which put us all in the good mood . He was very approachable, and had a motivational style of teaching. Very professional. I notice Mike pushes you to your edge: there is NO slacking off in his class and That’s the style of class I like the most. He was walking around the room checking on everyone, pushing you into a deeper squat, commanding faster moves . He REQUIRES you to get your best workout possible. He connected well with the class and you can see everyone following and trying to give their very best. It is non stop and totally worth it . I did not laugh the next day. His class is no joke and will challenge you, help you shred fat and become a better athlete. I left the gym feeling so good and motivated to come back for his next class. Too bad I only saw one class on his schedule a week? Hopefully he will have some more classes on the schedule cause he was pretty awesome. Everyone around was asking for more.

muy mala respuesta con respecto a la solucion de problemas, mi cuenta es corporativa, fue cerrada y aun me siguen cargando montos mensuales, he hablado con el manager en varias oportunidades y aun el problema no se resuelve porque esperan respuesta de una "corporacion" a la que pertencen, pero los cargos si los hacen puntuales!!!! estoy sumamente molesta con la poca respuesta efectiva ante los problemas que se presentan!

I live in a city that does not have an equinox gym yet I travel often for work to cities that have equinox gyms. So, because I travel often I join gyms for a month or two months. I have joined at Aventura equinox for a month or two Chicago and Dallas for a month and paid roughly $175-180 for the month. This location wanted $ 360 dollars for one month. Really ? That is beyond ridiculous.

Horrible customer service, the employees are super rude. Not enough equipment for the high fees they charge. On top of everything theres always gym equipment laying around all over the place. The employees should worry more about keeping the place neat and worry less about chit chatting in the front. I will be canceling my membership and going somewhere else. Not worth it!!

The equipment is adequate given how expensive the fees are. The customer service is horrible. Be careful with the fine print of the contract. If you want to cancel you need to send a certified letter otherwise they Ill continue to charge your credit card. You will definitely find better value in other gyms.

employees are treated like absolute trash. no to personal training means NO. if i pay $150 dollars per month to use the gym, i am not going to pay $110 a session for the lowest tier trainer. i hate being hounded by the management for personal training. stop it.

a double murder suicide occurred here and they opened up the gym two days later...absolutely disgusting. management is terrible and the only way to cancel your membership is to call your credit card company and put a stop payment. horrid, horrid place.

Love this gym...if you have any type of injury this is definitely the best place to go...they really care about you. Really good atmosphere.

Very nice gym. A bit pricey but stands out from the typical box top gym. Overall clean and a lot of different machines.
