Today was my first visit to the spa. I didnt make app, i left from my work and found it on my way home, I got there around 5 35 pm and i did see they were not too bussy i would say 4 people, 5 the max, i specifically wanted a manicure made as fast as posible, and first i wanted to ask them if it was posible, and i did express that I had a party to go and i needed to be in by 7 pm, at the party . Wanted either gell with uv light or x gen . they assure me it was going to be quick, . about 20 ot 25 min, i did tell them i only can spend about that, So i set my expectation for that..but this didnt happened. I think the people in the reception not only need to look for more people to do their nails, but should also be honest and listen the customer, concerns so they set the right expectation since the beggining. First they needed to remove the x gen, i previosly had. This process took 10 to 17 min, about 10 min more than other places. she didnt,really show .any sence of urgency, after i again express to her, if she could go a little faster, and right after that she spoke in her language, to someone, so it gives a bad impression because u dont know if they talk bad about u or not, i think is disrespectfull to talk in another language in front of customer, they should understand and speak english when in front of customers. After keep waiting another lady came to do start the process of the x gen. But i asked again which was faster the gel o the other one ( x gen) to decide which one to go with... at this point i didnt care about the price, even thought they are more costly here for the same process than other places. The lady assure me that the x gen with powder was faster, than gel Well let me tell u that when she started to do my nails a young lady sat after me with a male guy and he finished her gel nails before me. By then i was getting upset, , because the powder process takes longer than gel, so either the people that work there dont understand english or dont want to hear their customers, . I didnt go there to relax , i needed a fast service and i was very clear since the beggining, by 6 25 pm, I was finally done , with no enough time to get ready for my party at 7 pm , SO THEY SHOULD BE CLEAR AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SERVICE AND SET THE RIGHT EXPECTATIONS, AND OFFER OTHER ALTERNATIVES . ACCORDING TO THEIR SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, IF MY EXPERIENCE WOULD HAVE BEEN DIFFERENT I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE BUT IT WAS NOT, THEY ARE SLOW, AND DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATIFACTION. IT WASNT THAT BUSSY, AND I DID COMPARE THE PROCESS OF THE GELL NAIL VERSUS THE POWEDER ONE OR XGEN AND THE GEL TAKES LESS TIME, SINCE THE MOMENT WHEN THEY START TO PAINT THE NAILS, SO IN THE END I WAS LATE , DID HAVE AN ARGUE WITH HUSBAND AND DIDNT GO TO THE DINNER BECAUSE WE WERE LATE . TRAIN UR PEOPLE BY DELIVERING SENCE OF URGENCY, BY LISTENING CONCERNS OF CUSTOMER BECAUSE ALL THAT EQUALS GREAT SERVICE.

I love Glo Spa! Ive been a customer for little over a year. I have witnessed this establishment transform beautifully! The nail salon is beautiful, the owner constantly making changes/improvements making the salon more aesthetically pleasing (as if it is even possible). The pedicure chairs are of the newer variety and very relaxing. They offer an abundance of services to include the obvious...Nails, but also several types of facials, massages, waxing, mink lashes, permanent makeup applications even.... microblading! Ive personally had a facial and NexGen nail applications (Im addicted). I honestly feel like Im a part of the family at GloSpa, Im always greeted with a smile when I walk into the door. I also love their reservation system, it automatically sends you an email or text and adds it to your icalendar. I love this feature because I work full time, I am a full time student, and I am also a mom to a busy 9 year old....so my time is very precious. Did I mention how beautiful my nails are? Yen is AMAZING! I literally contemplated actually including her name because I dont want an influx of customers taking all of her available appointments! LOL I get several compliments daily! Choose GloSpa they are the BEST!!!!

Ive been looking for a nail salon that I would be happy with for a while, and I found it today! Glow nails and spa! I had an appointment this morning for a manicure (first time trying next-gen), and based on previous reviews I had read, I requested Yen. Although there was a slight mix up with the schedule, the manager was very accommodating and I ended up having my appointment with her. She did an amazing job! My nails were a hot mess before, and although they need time to grow evenly, they still look awesome! She didnt rush me, she took her time and let me take mine picking the color I wanted. She understood my needs and my lifestyle (busy stay at home mom) and made recommendations accordingly (shape, thickness, length,etc). The Spa is very clean, modern, and spacious. The staff was very friendly. They offer an array of of services, but dont push you to do more than what you intended the visit to be. Theres also a complementary coffee and water station. The prices are comparable to other nail salons in the area ($40 for next-gen manicure). I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone still looking for their perfect nail place

Very clean place and is pretty. Manager Randy is very nice, but the other one is very rude. She rushed us to pick a color instead of letting us decide what we wanted. We asked if they offered wine which they said that they did, but were currently out of wine- which is fine, it happens. But, 10 minutes later another nail tech walked out with wine for her client. So they lied and I dont understand why they felt the need to do that. I could tell by that, that I would not return. The nails looked very nice when done, but the next day they started to chip and peel. I called and they had me come back in and my nails were redone free of charge. But, here I am a week later and all the polish has peeled off. Not worth the money and then they nickle and dime you for everything. Their quality of work is alright, but what they charge for it is ridiculous. I do not mind paying the money if it is worth it. I truly should be able to get my money back.

So I have been searching a while for a very relaxing/ friendly nail service and I am so proud to have discovered Glow Nails. From the moment I walked in I was treated with kindness and patience, considering that I am very indecisive when it comes to picking a nail color. Yen was incredible and made me feel extremely comfortable. She is so talented, warming, and very funny. She took her time completely with my nails and I am was very impressed with the outcome. I also allowed Kaylee to design the rhinestones on my nails and she did not upset! They both are so talented and so friendly, and I recommend their service to anyone in the Coral Springs area. Kaylee also did an amazing job with my pedicure. She took her time and made me feel super relaxed. Overall I am highly impressed with their services. In two weeks I am coming back for the Glow Pedicure and Im so excited for that!
