“Idéal pour un long séjour en famille” Situé dans la banlieue "chic" de Miami près de laéroport, cet hôtel est située à bonne distance des nombreuses attractions proposées ici (Dolphin Mall à quelques minutes en voiture). Accueil souriant et check-in rapide, seul point négatif lors de notre arrivée cest de ne pas avoir obtenu une chambre proche des amis retrouvés ici malgré ma demande faite quelques mois auparavant... Vaste complexe où les bâtiments ne dépassent pas un étage. Chambre très propre, literie correct, salle de bain spacieuse avec TV, cuisine équipée, beau salon et large balcon. Emplacement idéal pour un long séjour en famille (au moins une semaine), je déconseille cependant pour un court séjour notamment pour lutilisation de la cuisine équipée et des infrastructures de létablissement notamment comme dans mon mon cas si votre chambre se situe tout au fond du complexe. Bon courage pour vous rendre avec de jeunes enfants jusquà la piscine malgré la présence dune voiturette pas toujours disponible.

The experience was pleasurable from day one to checkout time. The room was spacious, the decor was modern and the facilities accommodated our every requirement. We definitely had the homely feeling and would recommend this location which is around twelve miles from the Miami Beach but only six miles from the Miami International Airport. It takes about fifteen minutes across the various avenues and streets. The hotel was instrumental with providing us the name of a Car Hire Company (Quest is best) who collected us from the hotel took us to their office and gave us a car which took five minutes maximum. The car came fully loaded with all the extras and a full tank of gas and no limit on the mileage. The hotel advised us where the local stores like Dolphin Mall, Miami International Mall and others. WalMart is only several blocks away and there are plenty of restaurants to suite any taste are all close by. Worse case scenario if you are feeling tired after a long flight order a takeaway. If you are looking for comfort, peace and a tranquil environment then this hotel is a must visit.

The hotel offers 3 different types of rooms. Corners are 1 bedroom with a full kitchen and 2 baths. Most of the other rooms are studios with single bath. The third option is a larger set of rooms for either a group or a larger family. The best part about the rooms is the shower. Its a waterfall style and there is no shortage of water. Heaven on earth. Rooms are comfortable. The service is quite good. The restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food is excellent, but for the price you can find other options all over Doral. The gym is pretty good. It has a couple machines for upper and lower body, 2 treadmills, a stationary bike, a couple ellipticals, and a full set of free weights. The pool area is great for relaxation. The water is a really nice temperature. The hot tub, however, is Luke warm at best. In the near future there will be a lot of stores and restaurants across the street from the entrance. The hotel is also in the process of remodeling the rooms. Both will help enhance the experience once complete.

Ruhige Hotelanlage im Westen von Miami, guter Startpunkt für Touren durch Miami, zu den Everglades, den Keys oder auch zum Shoppen zur Sawgrass Mill. Preis/Leistung absolut akzeptabel, eine tolle Pool-Anlage, eine Bar mit wirklich köstlichen Steaks, Burgern und Sandwiches runden das Ganze ab. Die Appartements sind sauber und haben eine Küchenzeile und riesige TVs. Das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Airport MIA sind es ca. 20-30 Minuten bei normal bzw. ruhigem Verkehr.

The property is beautiful. The front desk staff was very sweet. The room was spectacular! Plenty of parking. I went there by myself to get away for a night of relaxation, sort of a "me" time. Everything was great until about 2:30am. People were arguing, cursing and being extremely rude. Doors slamming. Security was called by another guest and when he showed up he was greeted by those with threats and bad language. Nothing he could of done seeing the aggregation that came from those guest. So he left. It continued from 2:30-5am. Needless to say I was up. Killed my vibe and I was unable to fall back asleep. Upon leaving the room for check out. I see and hear the poor room attendant upset as to the condition those guest left the room. I dont quite see myself returning for the sole purpose of what I experienced. I hope that they fine a way to take care of future incidences.

Best place I ever stayed. Hands down. When we arrived we were already having a bad day. (Rent a car problems and a cab ride that ended in an accident.) Walking into the Provident Doral Mariana was there to greet us at the front desk. From there Gianni brought us and our bags to our room. After a couple hours we realized the air conditioning was not working that great. I called Mariana and within 5 min Gianni was back at our door to take us to another room. I recommend this place to anyone that loves the feel of home while on vacation. The rooms are huge and the staff is beyond words. Thank you Mariana and Gianni for turning our bad day around.

Do not let the pretty pictures fool you! Service is mediocre and the rooms are filthy. I stayed in a three bedroom villa to which I could not check into early because it supposedly took three hours to clean between guests, floors are sticky, furniture is dusty, all cabinetry and glass doors are full of dirty fingerprints and the list goes on. Although spacious and very well priced, I will not be back. On top of it all, on a holiday weekend when they knew they were at maximum capacity, they decide to work on the parking lot and closed off a huge section, with my luck, right in the area where I was. Terrible, extremely dissapointed!

BADDDD. changed rooms 3 times, the front desk acts like theyve never heard anyone complain. I ended up in a room with a dead bug, glitter and rose petals in the bed. Sheets were obviously not changed. I was too exhausted to lug my bags to yet another room, and had an early business meeting, so I just deal with it. The rooms look great on the website, and ok at first glance but they are DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY. bugs, rusty screws in the shower, smell of cigarette smoke, etc. I checked out early and they still charged me for the night I didnt stay. This is a shifty property... the InterContinental Doral is a much better option.

Este es mi hotel predilecto en mis viajes de negocio... Solo no le doy las 5 estrellas porque les falta un programa de fidelización y lealtad donde se consideren los huéspedes repetitivos que como yo vamos más de 12 veces al año !!!

Stayed in a 3 bedroom villa. The bedrooms were HUGE and so were the bathrooms. It had updated cabinets in the bedrooms which were also huge. The kitchen had all new appliances. There is a nice large pool outside with water jet features. The shower head handle in our unit didnt work. There were cracks in the tile floor. The grout lines also seemed a little dirty. There is no laundry service on the premises also which is a bummer.

The customer service was not all that good. But the cart driver jaime was great. The maid kept bothering my room. Hotel kept trying to overcharge my card and charge me any chance they get. Luckily my card was already maxed out. Then the guy at front desk told me to wait until next week to speak to manager/owner. I wasnt even from miami. And on top of that, they dont respect your privacy wishes.
