If I could give no stars, I would. This company came out on a Sunday when my A/C was not blowing cold air. I was told the wires needed replacing and the coils, inside and out needed cleaning. The service tech came to my house late after telling me he was home "taking a nap" and completed the repairs for $635. There was a warranty for 90 days. Today, less than 2 weeks later, I have the same problem. Waited 2 hours for the service tech who was "finishing his lunch and would be right over". Once here, the tech went outside and told me that the fan motor was not working, needed a new motor as well as a new blade. The estimate was $630 and they would give me 10% off because they had been here before. When I asked about the price and questioned what brand of motor they were using, the tech became almost hostile. I called two other companies while he was here and found out that the "universal motor" was about 1/4 the price I was being quoted. When I asked about the price, the tech told me he was not going to do the repair, put the A/C back together, got in his truck, and left. I called the company and spoke to Lauren and she told me that it was my choice to check with another company for a price on the new motor, that she no longer would do the job or honor my warranty, and that she did not care what kind of review of the company I left. I called another A/C company who was here within 15 minutes and looked at the motor. There was absolutely nothing wrong with any of the parts. The service tech told me that he could not replace the motor or the blades because they were in perfect working condition. He charged me nothing for the service call, and my air conditioning is now running smoothly.

Here is my experience with King electrician: I paid a visit fee to King electrician Inc ( I will refer to Kings below) to check my water heater circuit breaker, and told him it did not break until I installed ceiling storage shelf. The Kings checked the water heater and outside panel, without climbing up the attic, and said I needed to replace the whole wire connected to the water heater with copper, which will cost $675, and needed to replace the outside panel for over $2500. I calculated the labor and the material, and didnt think it makes sense. Then I began to do research on internet, and found Same Day Electric LLC ( with very good review via THUMBtack). Same Day Electric LLC. electrician Malvin said he would not charge me for visit, so I gave him a try. He showed up a few hours earlier which I happily agreed. I told him the same story, as to Kings. He climbed up to the very HOT attic, and found the wire to the water heater was damaged due to my drilling to the ceiling to install the storage. He gave me very reasonable price quote which we agree. He replaced the wire and also move the other wire away from the ceiling to prevent this happens. Hope this helps you look for electrician.

I asked them to install 4 ceiling fans. I was happy with that until one in my bedroom started making noise. I asked them to come out and fix that because I could not sleep due to the racket. I also asked to have someone install an electrical outlet while they were here. They sent someone out and he made the fan not as loud, but it still makes noise. He made a quote for the outlet and I said I would call them back to do that. He never said anything about costing more if they came back or I would have done it then. I then made an appointment to have the outlet put in and no one showed up. I called and they said they had an emergency. If that were the case, I would think that they would call me. Clearly it was just not booked. They then sent out another guy who said that the price I was quoted for the outlet was just because the last electrician was in the house and they never charge that price. I was never told that when he was here or I would have done it then. If I could give this company no stars, I would but I have no option to do that. This is not the way to conduct a business. Needless to say, I would stay away if you are smart.

Absolute crook! My A/C broke on a weekend in the summer. The owner came out personally to rob me. Claimed wires running from my thermostat to the a/c needed to be replaced and quoted me around $500...with 200$ deposit for his service call and inspection. He said once this was done he "may find something else wrong" and need to fix and charge for more. I got a real electrician to come check the wires and was told there was nothing wrong with them. I Got a new ac company to look and it turned out there was a physical hole in my frion tank! This guy just made up something about wires to charge me for something when he would have needed to fix the real problem in the end! I went to complain and get my money back and they refused to talk to me... called the police on me for coming to their office to complain(so they claimed at least- -I broke no laws nor heard from any law enforcement) ..so ...excellent customer service too... stay away from this company!

The technician, Nick, arrived at my house shortly after I spoke with the owner of the company on the phone. He was clean, well dressed and courteous. The kind of person one doesnt mind having in their home. Nick showed me what needed to be done and it made perfect sense the way he detailed it. He gave me an estimate which was a bit high, but brought it down after speaking with his boss. The work was scheduled for the next day but when he arrived it was raining and he told me he would come back on Monday, which I could understand. A few hours later, without any input from me, the problem fixed itself and now everything is back to normal again. I am going to cancel the appointment for Monday, but because of the professionalism Nick displayed I plan on calling Kings for future projects that I will be undertaking soon.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. The guy came over to give me an estimate, but charged $80. I was told by the receptionist that I would get that OFF any service work performed. However, the guy came over and SAID IT MIGHT HAPPEN, OR IT MIGHT NOT. Thats a blatant rip-off. He then proceeded, WITHOUT PERMISSION, to post a sticker in my panel box with his company name. Then the receptionist called endlessly to set up the repair. Well, lets be logical here. I was already told MIGHT OR MIGHT NOT GET THE $80 OFF. I can see these guys are evidently hard-up for business, so I cant possible trust (add that to the deposit) them to do the work. Im sure the size of my house would have an influence on the final cost of my repair. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
