great products, but terrible customer service. i booked a hair appointment and they told me it would be a certain price on the phone for the blow out, which is what matched the website ($18). when i got there and was about to pay they charged me $7 more than what they told me on the phone ($18). i explained this to the manager who was not sympathetic and tried to come up with a negotiating price ($21). they said whoever told me the price was wrong and that the website was wrong too! without admitting fault, they accused me of "refusing to pay" the higher amount. the younger girls that work there have no sense of professionalism or how to keep customers. this was about principal not about money. either way, i will not be returning here again. if you go, i encourage you to verify the price prior to getting the service so that you are not surprised when you are about to check out.

I love abitare paris. They offer everything! The spa area is great. It is very quiet, with soothing music, aroma therapy, and very professional staff. You will start to relax as soon as you are seated in the spa reception area. Refreshments are always offered. Several massage options, facials, waxing, and permanent make-up. These are just some of my favorites. Easy to get an appointment. I love that these services are offered right here in Crystal River so I dont have to travel out of the area. Thanks Abitare for always taking good care of me. I recommend your services to all my friends. Also we have used haircare services (up-dos are awesome) for weddings, school dances, and other special ocassions. I have never been disappointed!

I love getting my hair done here! Georganne is the best! Kaitlyn does my daughters and my friends hair and she is awesome too! I love the lavender sented towels after getting your hair washed. They offer you something to drink as soon as you walk in the door and check in. Ive never had a bad experience. Even when my hair color didnt turn out right, Georganne took the extra time to fix it before I walked out the door. I have even had a pedicure here and had an enjoyable time. Well worth the extra $.

I came in to see Jack to have a trial run for my wedding! He was phenomenal!! He listened to everything I wanted and was able to make it look beautiful and also tweaked things so it worked perfectly! I am so happy he is doing my hair for my wedding and I am confident my hair will be flawless!! The front desk staff is also very nice and helpful! This salon is all around wonderful!!

I had to write this to let anyone know that the spa is misinformed about their hot stone massage. It is NOT laStone Therapy. There is a huge difference . This spa gave me a hot stone massage after telling me they had LaStone available. The therapist was nice and the spa was beautiful and comfortable. I would go back again but not for the stone therapy.

I went to buy an Aveda product at Abitare, they were out of stock, so ordered. I checked on it at the salon 4 times! They never responded. Didnt seem interested. Forget them!! Had to go to Aveda in Mt. Dora. The store in Mt. Dora has had anything Ive asked for. Plus they were friendly, more than I can say for Abitare which is in my area.

Abitare Paris is a great salon! I highly recommend Joe, because he has made my hair look better than it ever has! He has a very extensive background and is very professional. He will listen to you and youll be amazed at the results. I would say hes the best stylist Ive ever had, and a very reasonable price!

I came in with an very out of control beard. Not only did they trim it up good they also took into consideration that I wanted to keep it manly! Im a local brewer in the area and have to keep the appearance up! Ill def be back so all my beard and buzz cuts.

I have been very pleased with the hair cuts and color that I received from Erika. She had to fix a botched job from another salon and did a good job inspite of the challenges she faced. The price is reasonable, too.
