I got my nails done 9 days ago. Another customer was talking to one of the technician. She changed the prices 3 times. I only the gel paint without the acrylic nails .The woman was on her phone the whole time but guaranteed my nails would last 2 weeks. By the 9th day, 4 of my nails the gel just came off and my thumb chipped. I went in for a refund and they told me that the guarantee their work but wont give me refund. They would redo the broken nails. She then walked away before i was done talking. Three people came up and looked at my nails and didnt even say a word. After 20 mins of waiting, someone finally redid the broken ones. She left nail polish all over my nails. I highly recommend not going to zen nails in heath.

I am so excited I found Zen Nails Salon. Im extremely picky about getting my pedicure done! It seems most estheticians dont understand when I say I want to keep my pedicure as natural as possible. Well, Zen Nails Salon gets it! Bonus points for a very clean area, friendly personality, affordability, and less than average pain. They also care of your sensitive to solve some problems when you ask for. They can give me a good advide for color polish suitable to me and make sure me feel pamper, comfortable and happy! I had experience in Zen Nails Salon and tthey cant have a thing make me to afraid in my pedicure! Ill definitely be back and introducing it with my relatives, friends! Love them so much.

I went with my friend on Mothers Day. We had appointments at the same time for pedicures and manicures. Zen Nails Salon was totally full when we walked in, but they had planned appropriately and we were seated within 5 minutes. The rest of our time was very relaxing. I love Zen Nails Salon - the ladies who work there, the ambiance and the prices for the most part. The only time I ever had an issue with a service, management took care of the issue immediately. Theyve got an enormous selection of colors, theyve got tons of nail techs, and theyve got a multitude the beautiful polishes Highly recommend trying Zen Nails Salon nails in Hebron RdHeath, if you are needing a new salon.

This place doesnt even deserve a star! The guy who was doing my nails didnt even know what he was doing! As if he never even went to state board. Then he tried telling me i didnt know what i was talking about when i clearly knew considering i get my nails done all the time AND im a licensed cosmetologist who actually went to state board. So i ended up telling him i was leaving as is and still carged me $50 with just walking out with acrylic!!!! I have pictures of the poor service provided. Very unsatisfied.

Got a pedicure and shellac manicure and am very satisfied with the service. The place is well lit, spacious, and clean. I noticed that they were observing proper sterilization procedures which is really nice since some nail salons can be sketchy. My nail tech was very thorough and did a nice job. She made sure to put polish on the very tip of my toenails (not on the face of the nail) which I really appreciate because that is a big pet peeve of mine. The prices were also reasonable. I will be coming again.

I had extremely positive experience at Zen Nails Salon After doing doing some research needs, I chose Zen Nails Salon in RdHeath One of my nails chipped after my first time but they fixed it right up. We got lucky as walk-ins and were able to get seated right away. The mani/pedi service is divine and relaxing. I never felt like they were rushing. I would recommend this place to my family and friend :). Ill be sure to come back for more pampering!

I went to Zen Nails Salon yesterday to end a long week and it was fantastic ! My experience was pretty great, I felt so comfortable, funny and relaxing. I had an appointment and they set me up right away. I got the full set with polish and massage. They engaged with their clients and ensured we were comfortable. Very clean, quiet and lovely environment. Ill come back to enjoy again ! This place is well worth the money !

Bout Business

I went there Oct 14 2016 and got gel. However in about a week the gel began to peel. I thought I would give them another try so I went there today Oct 31st 2016. I had the same thing done as last time but today they charged me more. When I asked about it they gave me stupid excuses. Being the good person I am I paid it but I will never go back due to bad customer and hey charge way too much. Plus poor quality!!

The first time I came here the guy was slightly rude, but he did a fantastic job so I couldnt complain.. yesterday I had my acrylics done and they are awful! I wanted the almond shape and instead got off shaped and very round, none of my nails are the same length, and one thumb almost looks like I broke my nail off because its so poorly shaped. Considering never going back because of this!

I came Zen Nails Salon with my sister. Really great ambience. They gave me water as soon as I stepped in. Staff also made 3 layers of paint with my nails so that it looked better. They had a wide selection of nail beautiful colors to me. The treatments are outstanding. The ladies at Zen Nails Salon deserves an A! This is a perfect place to spend the afternoon with a good friend.

Went for Gel Manicure and a day later the gel is coming off. The guy rushed so much he only put one coat of a light color on my nails so it was barely even painted, and he answered his phone while he was trying to finish my nails.. just terrible customer service and my nails look horrible. Plus it was way more expensive than I have paid anywhere else. I will not be back here.

I went to ZEN Nails Salon in Heath to do manicure for birthday of my sister last week. I absolutely loved this place. They helped me open the door as soon as I arrived in. They were also extremely kind and cute. I believe it took their an hour total!This place is extremely clean and I like it very much. This place will be my favorite place. A place to pamper youself.

I had gotten mine and my sisters nails done last Monday. That next Monday my sisters nail fell off . Then mine needed balanced and redone because they were starting to lift. Just after 1 week mind you. The guy that did mine was rude and kept shaking his head like he didnt want to do my nails I paid 80 dollars for two ful sets. I will never go back !

Yesterday, I went to Zen Nails Salon with my coworker. I felt very comfortable with the beautiful ladies here. I walked in and was greeted by staff here. Staff made my manicures were very cute. The owner and her team were nail goddesses. My nails still look good after 3 weeks. Thanks a lot Zen Nails Salon . I will definitely frequent here.

Horrible service for the best package(very expensive). The wait was terribly long. They removed my ingrown nail very painfully(something a doctor should do), and when I removed my nail polish my nail was peeling. Would not recommend at all.
