I have been going to this store for years. It is always clean and the people are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The one issue I had throughout the years was fixed immediately and I have never been dissatisfied upon leaving. They take the time to listen to what you want so that you leave happy with the way you look. I wont go anywhere else. They are all talented stylists, especially Janay.

Staff was quick and friendly. I got a sidecut and loved it but decided it needed to be moved up a bit to allow for a more natural side part. Went back 3 days later for a free fix and it was a mess this time. Didnt notice until later but there were tons of baby hairs and even long hairs that were completely missed all along the cut that made it look just botched and messy.

Prices are good service is horrible. First time i came in the lady cut way to much hair off it was completely unnecessary all i needed was a trim. Thought Id give you guys another shot... Nope.. never again if Im paying you extra to straighten my hair straighten it not just two pieces of my hair! So disappointed!

You guys should not do eyebrows- everytime you make them look dumb. I only go as last resort, now I will just wait until I can get to Miracle brows- at least they understand not to remove half an eyebrow
