Liars liars liars, First off so unprofessional, yelling and screaming across the salon. The daughter was fussing at the mom, saying how annoying she is, asking me if her mom was annoying. Mother and daughter were yelling at the many kids they had in the salon running around. Worst part paid $180 for a keratin treatment, and was told to return two days later to get it washed out, Great!! Well when I returned they told me I had to pay another $30 so they finish my treatment, Hell no!! They never disclose this to me at the first appointment, literally sprung it on me at the last minute. Like come on $210 for a keratin!! no freaking way!!! I paid the $180 out of desperation, but I was not expecting to be con for an extra $30. They never finish my keratin treatment either, I have the right mind to sue them for not delivering on the product they promise. I literally just seen someone win a case on this same issue on judge milian. lol. But, seriously if you go here ask for the total up front for the keratin they will try to con you. Ugh what unprofessionals!!!!

After a year of being in Tampa, searching for a salon I can call home, I finally found it!! I love Crismari salon! From the second I walked in, I felt like family and thats because these 3 ladies, (mom and her two daughters) were so nice, funny and welcoming. I paid $125 for a full head of highlights, which isnt something I would normally allow myself to spend that much on but I am so glad I did. I received highlights, a wash, condition, blowout, flat iron and trim and all of that happened in under 3 hours, which is saying a whole lot considering the thickness and length of my curly hair. Most hairstylists look like a deer in headlights when I walk into their salon but at Crismari, they treated me like royalty and oohed and ahhed over my hair! My highlights look amazing and I left with silky hair, which is a rarity for me (soft yes, silky almost never). Not only will I be back, I cant wait to go back! Excited to see what my hair will look like over the next several months. It feels so healthy now!

Complete waste of time and money. Its probably one of the worst salons in terms of quality Ive ever been to. The two sisters spent most of their time bickering and horsing around, so much so that I just wanted to get out ASAP to save myself from the headache. They did a terrible job on my hair and left me under a broken dryer for the better part of an hour. The one doing my hair completely disregard how I told her I wanted my hair cut even after I repeated myself multiple times because she wouldnt stop picking on her sister and seemed to just nod and smile at me without actually hearing what I said. She was really good when it came to reminding me about their keratin treatment and trying to up-sell me on it. When she finally took stock of all screw ups they made she asked me not to mention their shortcomings in my Google review, to which I remained silent. Youve all have been warned.

wow looking at the review below is quite disturbing, then the reply from "the owner" was written in a rude demeanor. i have went to about 5-8 salons in tampa since coming from ny, cris mari was the closest i found to actually meeting the standards besides E.J. IN BRANDON,FL. PROS nice wash and set price friendly location not too far from my job CONS salon is cluttered,needs a make-over their Barbicide(sanitizer for the combs/brushes or blades) jar was way too dark, barbicide should be 30% barbaside and 70% water due to the fact the product is very strong... "4 ounces of solution per gallon of water" GOOGLE IT"barbicide ratio to water! they do speak spanish quite a bit hair cut was very uneven not your average hair/salon experience, they dont address their re-occuring clients by first name they have a lot of room for improvement.

This place is the worst. Do not believe anything they say about it here. I drove an hour from Sarasota because of the great reviews when I get there the place was dirty. Then as people they know started coming in they started working on them before me saying they got there before I was there in Spanish thinking I didnt understand anything they were saying. I am from Puerto Rico honey I understood everything you said. From the mother (the owner to the daughters) they were so unprofessional fighting and arguing in front of customers so I for up and left. The comments in here are nothing but lies and probably are or from family and friends. If I could give you I 0 I would. You service and professionalism sucks. You should all go get some training I will recommend Fred Pryor they have excellent customer service seminars.

My service: wash and blow dry, my hair is thin, soft curls, about 12 inches long. Time: 9:30am on a Tuesday, I was the second customer Parking: lots of spaces Salon space: not clean, disorganized. At the check out, the lady said " sorry for the mess" after she found out i was a new customer. Washing area: disorganized, crowded Staff: friendly Waiting time: 5 mins Wash: Good Blow dry: not the best, she uses the flat iron to get it to a result, so if you dont like flat iron (like me) then wrong place. Btw, with this Im not saying they are not capable of doing a good blow out, but this was my experience. I was not asked if flat iron was ok, but i saw the blow results so... I just let her do it with out a word. Price: $35 Overall results: a clean place is very important to me. The hair results, I already said enough.

I love this place and i am always satisfied when i leave. They have found a lifetime customer in me. all the ladies are skilled no matter who you choose. they take the time and pay special attention to what your hair realy needs they even asked about my hair history to make sure i dont damage it any further. In my experience they were very gentle when exfoliating my scalp during the wash and never burned my scalp with the iron sooooo for the person who didnt even stay to get the experience they dont cut your hair unless you ask and dont take off any more than you ask sooooo that was your loss because you missed out on a great hair stylist with skill. Plus they dont take all day like some of these other places. My hair blows in the wind when i leave this place and im always happy with the service.

I have never wrote a review but for this specific salon I had to. My girlfriend and I went in for her to get a haircut and it was the first and last time we will ever come back. This salon was very unprofessional and used a lot of profanity between the daughters and the mother. We waited in total of three hours even though we had an appointment. I dont think Ive been to a salon that used that much cursewords and showed no respect to their customers. Even a regular that was there was complaining that this always happens and the only reason why she comes is because its close to her house. I really hope you all get along and treat your customers with value rather than having them sit there and listen to you guys use profanity next to children also
