At first I thought this would be a good salon, boy was I wrong. Firstly I was looking for a salon that carried scruples haircolor, this salon carried it along with many other lines. Kim the owner was doing my hair, one time it would be great, the next time the color was all wrong. Evidently she was winging everything and never wrote down which formula she used. I also dont like any place that cant take criticism. I am paying for a service if something is wrong I want it fixed. I also was told by a Scruples educator, the owner should have been using conceal mixed in with the fomula. I asked Kim if she could order it and said the distributor couldnt get it. Probably a lie. The salon is horrible and to boot it all, I received a phone call that Kim the owner is cutting down her clients list. Why did she take me on as a client in the first place. She is totally unprofessional and in general a terrible business woman. Will take my business elsewhere. P.S the salon is by no means upscale as someone stated. It is a dump!

Kim has been doing my hair, and my entire familys hair, for over 15 years. My children who now live out of state will often want appointments when they visit. I trust her IMPLICITLY when it comes to color, she never steers me wrong and it always comes out exactly like she says it will. Six years ago, when I was being treated for cancer, Kim went above and beyond to take care of me AND my hair, and make me "feel beautiful". I attribute the fact that....while my hair may have "thinned out" a little, I didnt lose it all......directly to her love and care. Everyone who works at Timeless is loving, caring and compassionate. The atmosphere and "vibe" are friendly, loving and comfortable, and all of the girls are true artists. Heather takes EXCELLENT care of my nails and I always walk out with colors and designs that I KNOW will get compliments galore. I wouldnt go anywhere else but Timeless.....its "Hair (and Nails) Heaven on Earth".

Timeless Salon is Five Star First Class Service. Their customer service is outstanding. The owner and the entire staff are extremely nice. My hairdresser, Alicia Amaksa is so incredible! She takes her time and listens to my needs. Most hairdressers will just cut your hair the way they want to not what you ask for but Alicia gives you exactly what you ask for. She has transformed my hair and looks. I get so many compliments because of her incredible talent. Make sure you ask for her when you need a haircut or even just a makeover. I recommend this salon to everyone!

I just moved to the area i went in to Timeless salon and what great place my stylist was Alicia she sat down with me and talked about everything i was looking for and she listened and did everything i asked for plus," what a great shampoo she gave"!!! All the staff from the owner Kim to the other stylist were awesome everyone was so friendly!!! i would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a place to call there salon....thank you again Alicia for my new hair

The salon is second to none. it has been completely remodeled and has a very clean and appealing atmosphere. Amanda Brooks is the best. I am the one that wants a new look every three months and Amanda never fails to amaze me with her creative styling and top notch color and design. I have seen all the other stylist work and would not hesitate to have any of them if Amanda was not available. Timeless Salon rocks!

I have been going here for about 6 years now. Everyone is always friendly and make you feel at home. Kim has always been my stylist and she is quick, efficient, and professional! Prices are very reasonable compared to the other corporate chains in the area. Highly recommend this private salon over all the other ones in the area. Great job Timeless! I love going to Timeless Salon and have Alicia do my hair. Shes been doing it for years. I go every month to get it dyed and trimmed. I may enter with a pouty face bc of how the day is going but I ALWAYS leave with a smile! I now live farther way so instead of finding someone closer, I drive 3 hrs RT every month to have her do my hair, shes just that good!! A true artist!!

Michelle has been cutting my hair for over 8 years. Im very picky about who cuts my hair, but I would trust any of the stylists here if she wasnt available. The salon is clean, bright, and welcoming. My teenage boys are comfortable here, too. Its easy to find and the parking is convenient. I have recommended the salon to many friends and will continue to!
