We are from Tennessee and was in desperate need of a hair cut so I did a google search for salons near me and found that Walmart has a salon in there and since we had to do the Walmart gig as well, we decided to try it out. AMAZING is all I can say!! In TN u get ur hair cut and thats it, no talk, no happy atmosphere just a cut and get out type of thing. Walked in here, was immediately greeted and introduced to our stylist, Pamela, a really cute, very sweet gal originally from NEW York who moved here w her bf. She ABSOLUTELY amazed me as I knew she would as soon as I saw her. She DEFINITELY knows what shes doing!!! She took her time to make sure not only I was happy and got what I wanted, but that she too was happy with her own work! AMAZING!!! Ive NEVER found anyone who cut my hair the way she did EVER!!!!!! She also cut my husbands hair PERFECTLY!!!! I plan to move here and she will be my hairstylist !!!!!

I would have given no star for this salon if I can. This is the worst haircut experience Ive ever had in my entire life. I showed pictures of different angles of the hairstyle I wanted to the hairdresser, not just once, but many times to her. But she still ended up getting me a completely different style. My hair came out way too short and horrible. She should have told me she has no skill to do it before messing up my hair.

I dropped in to buy some shampoo and conditioner while my family was in line. They are charged me, I requested return. They cant do a return, told me to come back next day. No, Im going to Disney world while Im on vacation. I waited 30 minutes for a return. I kind of think they overcharged me on purpose. But i cant be positive. Either way it was he worst experience and I wouldnt ever make that mistake again

There was only one person in this store.. they cannot do any haircut.. I asked her to do the same haircut as in their magazine..but she could not.. at the end I had to guide her I myself used the hair dryer ..and I myself used the razor to cut my side locks and at the end even used the wax to style it myself..

I took my 8 year old daughter in for a long overdue trim. Her stylist was knowledgeable, friendly, and did a fabulous job adding layers and long bangs to my daughters long, straight hair. She recommended a product that works wonders for both us. We are regulars now!

Do not be fooled by the Walmart setting. These people know what theyre doing. Had to get my roots colored in a hurry. My stylist matched my color on the first try and my hair looks amazing. They use matrix color and I still got out for under $60.
