I called the day before I went to get my nails done and the lady told me they open at 9am I get there The next day at 8:50am to be sitting there waiting outside in the cold 2 1/2 hours kids running around and nail tech lady fixing people breakfast . they are so unorganized . as far as my nails , they use ABSOLUTELY too much glue , designs fell off within two days and my real nails broke off with the nail. I tried to go back up there to get the rest of the nails off but the lady told me that the nail tech lady Erica was going to be at least 3 hours late . I wouldnt recommend nobody to go hot topic

The nail tech Erica has a very poor Understanding of doing nails. When my nail broke only after 1wk she advised me to get a fill in but only two days later another nail broke. I went back and she still made me pay for a repair when it is clear that she does not know how to apply acrylic properly. I will never return or refer anyone to this salon. On top of of poor quality they have there children running around while they are working which distracts them from doing a quality job. Horrible salon and they arena longer a hot topic in my mind!!!!!

Aint too fond of getting my nails done but I absolutely love this place, the service I received, great environment and just all around great experience. I definitely will be back!!!!

Hott Topic is a salon that caters to all ages. From natural hair to weaves its a atmospher that you wont feel in any other salon truly a place you would want to return.
