If I could leave no stars I would. I got my hair done here once. It was supposed to go from brown to a purple. After hours of bleach and color tinting I ended up with plain black hair. I was also charged $90 for what was suppose to be $45 because the lady did extra stuff to my hair and didnt inform me that it would also cost extra. She didnt even tell me that she was going to do it in the first place. Secondly, I came in today for a eyebrow touch up. I normally have sorta thick eyebrows and I just wanted the stray hairs removed. I made it very clear I only wanted the stray hairs removed and the stylish waxed more than half of it off. I now have a very thin half circle of hair above my eyes. Never ever go here. They are over priced, shady and completely unprofessional.

Worst experience!! Came here for single process hair color and they managed to screw it up!! Then had to fix it with another color! The worst part is.... i had to pay double! For original cost and the color they used to fix what they screwed up!! All in all... 3.5 hrs laters...my hair is 2 different colors and looks horrible and i had to pay for them to look that bad!! Dont come here for hair coloring!! STAY AWAY!!

Had my hair cut, colored and highlighted today. I asked Anthony to choose a hairstyle and color to fit my face Im so glad I did. My hair is a rich soft brown, highlights are blonde and some red. The cut and color are perfect for me Ember did my eye brows waxing. Thank you Anthony and staff, Very friendly, good conversation I highly recommend this hair salon.
