Horrible service and a scam. Charged a $1 "service charge" to provide me with UPS issued envelopes that are FREE. When asked what fee was for, employee explained that they were not the UPS store and can charge a fee.. FOR. FREE MATERIALS. I suffice to say I will not be returning

Terrible customer service. The cross eyed clerk spoke down to me, with a very sarcastic demeaning tone. Im unsure if it is because I have a dark skin tone or because Im a female, but I am sure that this inbred will not be receiving any business from me.

They are THEIVES that charges $ 13.00 for a book of stamps that should cost $9.80. then will not give you refund within 30 seconds of transaction, along with being very rude. also does not post stamp increased prices anywhere for people to see.
