I got one of the tabs to pick up my package, so I sent my husband with the SIGNED slip AND my ID to go pick it up. The lady said that she could not give it to him because we did not have the same last name even though he had my ID with him. She said that him having my ID was fraud and she refused to get the manager after he asked three times. She then threatened to call the cops because they were closing and he wanted to wait to speak to a manager. The other employees just stood there and watched. Ignorant lady and terrible customer service.

The delivery card left at my door gave the Saturday business hours, as 9am to 5pm to pick up at their facility on Commerce Pky, in Miramar, FL . After driving there from a considerable distance ( as did several others) they were closed as of THREE PM ??????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What IDIOTS. And now they tell me I must remain home all day Monday - they will not narrow it down to a smaller window. I will use UPS and so should everyone else!

I hate Fed. I have been waiting my ENTIRE day off for a package. The driver comes to my door and instead of knocking, he just leaves his door tab. I know because I was in my kitchen, which is adjacent to the front door. I heard him rustling around outside and opened the door just in time to watch him drive away as I yell at him to come back. Look Mr. Fed Ex driver, if you dont like your job, THEN QUIT!!!!

Worst f****ng fedex EVER. They are so damn slow. Ive had many packages that are literally SITTING in my city, near me about 5 minutes away, and it still does not come. Itll come the next day. Its f****** annoying as ****. I beg you, do NOT trust Fedex for your stuff. Do not orer from any store that uses Fedex, especially if you want your package soon. Itll come 2 weeks later!

Too slow. They go through way too much conversation with customers instead of quickly asking the questions required to service the next customer. Theres no defined line so everyone is randomly served. Two people skipped me after the employee came up with an imaginary end to the line. This place should be automated and the workers moved to the warehouse.

Amazing how absolutely no one here knows the shipping policy for live animals. NOT ONE! Also, they continue to openly express disgust and make rude/ threatening comments about my live-animal shipments in front of customers every time I make a drop off. Very unprofessional.

Paid for overnight delivery and had to come to the office because was raining and driver did not want to get wet so he or she decided to put in the system that i wasnt home when it was my day off and i was home whole day waiting for delivery, such a bad service.

fedex claimed that they delivered a package to my door... with no door knock, and no package left. they updated the status to delivered and had no signature confirmation... for an iphone. what do i think? the fedex driver or someone they know stole it. period.

Highly disappointed. I had 2 day shipping and the package has shown being at the facility for 3 days now past the date it was supposed to be delivered. There was also an exception added saying "future delivery requested" which is something I DID NOT request.

Worst Next Day Service ever. The driver did not attempt to make the delivery. He drove by and updated the business was closed. This has happened multiple times. Using UPS from now on. It should be 0 stars but they wont allow a post if you dont select a star.
