In all honesty, I was really hesitant about writing a review, but if I dont write a review then I guess the company wont know that there is an issue. I stopped by the office yesterday 06/19/17 to drop off a package. However, the label wasnt printed very clearly but clear enough for you to see all the information needed. I stood in line (I was the only person in line while the lady was helping another gentle man) for about 10 minutes (didnt mind waiting at all) by the time I approached the register and told the lady (I believe she was a Hispanic lady with a pony tail to the back) that I need to drop off a package. She scanned the label and told me that she is not able to take the package as it was not legible and her system was not able to scan it. I left frustrated as I thought that I had to obtain a new label. Today 06/20/2017 I went to the other UPS store on University and Griffin to make the same drop off. The gentleman scan the label and he had the same issue, without frustrating me, he add it to the system manually, printed my receipt and I was on my way in less than 5 minutes. I am writing this review in hopes that all store representative is trained in situations like this to avoid this kind of issue.

Usually UPS employees are very friendly. They will greet you and guide you through the process of sending a package. After clearly stating what i wanted to the employee, he would disappear into the back area several times where i had to shout for him to come back. I also needed to print a paper from my email. I was told this would be 21 cents which i felt was fair. Upon checking out, the employee added a 3 dollar charge for using the computer. I would have been fine with this if told upfront. I also had to argue for him to change the name on my package. This is a very inefficient and i would recommend anyone that wants good customer service to go to the UPS on university and griffin instead.

I cant even begin to explain how amazing and helpful the people of this store were! Taylor in particular was exceptionally accommodating and the customer service from the rest of the staff was excellent. I was pleased with the prices and the quickness. Additionally, they were polite and went completely out of their way to help me with my packages. Due to my procrastination I was stressed out about getting them there, but the people of this UPS store saved my day. This experience has earned UPS a lifetime long customer. Highly recommend.

The two young ladies that were working today on 8/7/18 provided terrible customer service, you could read there attitudes off there facial expressions, its as if they did not want to be working and were bothered by servicing me because they seemed tired/lack of energy and drive. I rather wait in line at the the usps office for 3x the amount of wait time than visit this ups store again.
