I found Rapid Delivery when I needed to have a large quantity of high-profile packages moved from a hotel to a secure convention center within a very tight time frame...all while I was out of town. I spoke with Brad over the phone and he assured me that everything would be taken care of, down to the minor details. When half of my packages were delayed in arriving to the hotel pick-up spot, the Rapid Delivery team made a second trip, adjusting quickly to my complicated request. Their communication with me was top-notch, their knowledge of the shipping and delivery industry superb, and they completely surpassed my expectations with their customer service. I highly recommend Rapid Delivery for any and every pick-up or delivery need!

If I could I would honestly rate Rapid Delivery higher. From the initial call during the Democratic National Convention 2016, which was busy a time for the entire area. Brad and Marc took care of me from jump. The best customer service I experienced ever. Overall service was nothing short of outstanding, with constant communication until my packages was delivered. Not only that when I called the next day on a very short noticed. They were able to ensure my package was delivered on time, and using outstanding logistical skills. I highly recommend their services and will 100% use there service again.

Awesome Service! I contacted them for series of pick-ups and deliveries and Marc was able to arrange it all in a matter of minutes. He kept me updated throughout the day and was extremely responsive. Being from out of town, it was a relief to have someone who knows the city, taking care these logistics. I will definitely be using them again when I have events in Philadelphia.
