I used PSI to help me pack my familys home in Sept of 2015. Their communication was stellar all the way up to the move. Unfortunately that is about the only positive aspect I can say about this company. When the movers arrived to pack and load my belongings they were to help pack, wrap, and load. I had given a very detailed list of items that were to be specifically wrapped. Not every item on that list was wrapped as promised in the contract. When they provided me with a flat rate quote (which they honored with no questions) they also pointed me towards some photos of how items would be wrapped and protected. The problem is they DO NOT wrap anything like what the photos indicate. I had items half wrapped, not wrapped, and very poorly protected. This carelessness has caused damage to my furniture. After trying to contact them via multiple means of communication ( Phone, mail, and BBB) I have not yet to date (12-3-15) heard anything back to resolve my complaint. This company is very good at the initial communication and putting on the impression of a quality business. You are soon forgotten once they have your money. They have not followed up with my complaint in any sense. Unfortunately I would NOT recommend this business based on the poor quality of their service and communication. Mr. Tony Jacob had assured me that I would be satisfied but I can assure you that I am not satisfied. I do understand that PSI in my area (and probably many other possibly all areas) contracts out to local moving companies to do the work but being PSI is the one I hired to line it all up they are the ones that should handle the complaint if the company they contracted does a poor job. They show no sign of trying to better themselves as a company and get rid of poor contracted work. If they were I would think they would have contacted me about my complaint and settled on a resolution with me and then handled the issue of the poor service with their contracted company. BE AWARE that service will vary greatly due to the contracted company but I can assure you that if you have an issue you will have great difficulty getting a resolution from PSI. Do your research and seek out your own local moving company and hire them directly! Do not let PSI hire the cheapest bid to move your most valuable possessions for a premium price.
