inconsistent, clueless. Not worth the trouble to save a few cents. I had to call (3 call, an email) for more than a week for them to pick up a box from a customer of mine..... as of 5/27/14 i still dont have the pick up.... The way they take down your request for pick up is so casual like " ok will pick it up" ..so there is no consistent or professional way of taking your pick ups....If you want to look slow, unresponsive to your customer than go ahead and use this company. ...Ill stick to UPS..it may cost more but i know i get the service level when I place the initial call for a pick up.
