Worst experience of my life and I rarely ever complain or leave negative feedback. The service has been comically bad. I swear I must be on one of those hidden camera joke shows. Didnt think receiving packages could be this terrible. Driver does not even come to my apartment door on day 1 (Friday). Leaves door tag on front of building but tears off signature portion at bottom so I cannot sign for it. Day 2 (Monday) does not come at all but tracking number says customer not home, no tag left anywhere. Day 3 (Tuesday) driver does not come to my door. Circles building and leaves, no door tag left. I run down 4 flights of stairs, too slow hes already gone. Call office because Im livid. They say theyll call me and try to send him back. Never get a call back, but see him driving around building by chance. Run down stairs to try and catch him, too slow again, hes gone. No door tag, did not come to my apartment door. Im going to rip my hair out at this point. We also have an office open all day that can sign for packages. He never goes to the office... UPS, USPS, and Amazon all routinely drop packages at the office when customers are not home and they actually knock on my door to check if I am home, but not Fedex! First call to customer service seems like it is going well, but I am left on hold and told a manager will answer my call soon. After waiting for 10 minutes they come back on the line and tell me the manager is NOT going to take my call but that they will call me back. As I said before, they never called back. Second call to customer service different agent gets defensive, offers no resolution except me picking the item up myself or signing the (non-existent) signature portion of the door tag I have in-hand. I tell her the items are too big to pick up in my car. She seems insistent but then reads one of the package weighs around 100 pounds and is giant in size. Too big for my Subaru Impreza. I will never do business with fedex again. I will also tell everyone I know to never do business with them.

1 star only because I could not go any lower...I had a package that was supposed to be delivered on 10/12. However I knew I was not going to be home due to work so I called on 10/11 and I informed them. The representative "Dennis" told me that as a long that Im not home the package would be redelivered on the following day. While Im at work it so happened that ai check to see the status of my package and it says that it was delivered to my neighbor and someone by a name signed for. When I got home that neighbor said they never got a package and dont know anyone by that name. Called back FedEx and got them to open an investigation. They said they would send back out the driver from this location on 10/13 today to try to get back the package. But I receive a phone call from FedEx this morning saying that my neighbor is lying and that the driver remembers everything Iike yesterday. She also said that these things happen all the time and I should just call back the company who sent the phone so they can send back another one. Now, this is what I cant understand because now I am being inconvenience due to the fact their driver gave my package to another address than the one it was supposed to be delivered. I now have to spend more money due to their mistake! They dont even verify to see if the name of the person who signed is actually their name!! I have never had this issue with Ups!! Now that I know that they dont have any security measures...I will try my best to never use them again.

Would gladly rate zero stars. Spent 6 hours today waiting for a package that was loaded onto a truck and ready for delivery... But the truck doesnt leave for its delivery run for another two days. The customer service representative on the phone was completely worthless, so was her supervisor. They never even offered me the chance to drive out and pick it up. They offered no reason why they would load it onto a truck and update the website and then not deliver it except that FedEx Ground doesnt deliver on Saturday - they just load trucks, update websites, answer phones, and waste an entire workday for their clientele apparently. I sincerely hope FedEx burns to the ground while they are waiting for their new fire extinguishers to arrive from their truck down the hall. With any luck this will be while they are also doing trust falls in the back office, or whatever else it is they do while they arent delivering packages theyve been paid to deliver. And that theres a truck full of fireworks in there, too. That way maybe theyll all die in a horrible horrible fire, and we will all get to watch a great YouTube video and comment on how badly they deserved something far worse.

THIS IS THE WORST DELIVERY CO EVER I HAVE LEFT MY HOUSE THIS MORNING TO GO AND GIVE BLOOD FOR 2 HOURS AND THEY CAME DURING THAT TIME EVEN AFTER I CHECK AND THE TRACKING SYSTEM TELL ME THE BOX ARE NOT IN FLORIDA THIS IS VERY SENSITIVE MERCHANDISE AND I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE FOR 2 HOURS TO TRY TO ASK THEM TO COME BACK WITH NO SUCCESS BAD BAD NEXT TIME LETS TRY TO USE UPS OR DHL I GET BETTER SERVICE WITH THEM DO NOT TRUST THEIR WEBSITE ITS ALL BU........................

The folks who work here are amazing. On one visit I never even managed to close the car door and a lady took my package, told me to wait in the car and brought me the receipt. Who does that anymore? Another day FedEx online was down and the lady helping everyone was very pleasant, professional and kind despite the frustrations she and Fed Ex must have been having that day. I am a huge fan of this place and the people who work here.

I liked this place because i had to ship an item on urgent basis. Staff was very prompt to answer my questions and take the shipment. I liked the late night work hours as i could ship by 11 PM as well.

Never delivered paid for 2nd day air and Saturday deliver. Driver never even tried contacted shipper say always happens on Saturday deliver that weekend drivers are lazy in comparison to week drivers.

Fed Ex is the worst. Paid full price to have a very important envelope sent overnight. Did not show up and no one at Fed Ex knows where it is. Pathetic! Ship with anyone but these clowns.
