There needs to be a category lower than Poor to Fair for this store... They close early and tell you that they close at 6PM, when the website says 6:30PM... AND, every time Ive been in this store, all but ONE employee acts like youre an inconvenience and a pain the a$$ for them to have to serve you........ I would rather walk my packages to its destination barefoot for 1,000 miles than have this rude idiots touch it... NO CLUE what customer service is, zero.... All but one needs to be fired and learn how to treat a customer with at least minimal respect...

Although the mail service is satisfactory at this store, we are very disappointed in their notary service. We have a mailbox at this location and have been doing business with them for over a year When we had to notarize several documents (which took about 20 minutes) they literally charged us for every signature for a total of over $150. I stopped by a couple of other UPS stores and they said for multiple and simple docs like this they would only charge us $15-20 TOTAL…. and they did not even know me.

I see the negative reviews, but its the closest place to me. They gave me great service, smiled, were very pleasant and quick. Maybe they have new staff, managers, owners...but it was fine. Is just shipping, but they were nice.

BAD, BAD service ever. I will never use this company again. wented to fax some Doc to a company, I paid for the fax and it did not work. Went back to have them re-fax it and the service was clark was worst ever!

Ive always had good service at this store. They are well staffed, polite, and informative. Perhaps, the negative reviews were written when it was under different management.
