NUNCA MAS usaré sus servicios. Solicité recogieran un sobre en un lugar y lo llevaran a otro. El chofer solicitó el sobre con la información errada y en el lugar le dijeron que no había nada con ese nombre. Me llamaron para decirme que el chofer se fue y que igual me iban a cobrar por ese envío. Hablé con la Office Manager y le dije que el error habia sido de ellos, quien lo refutó diciéndome que ellos me llamaron y yo no contesté . Le sugerí que asumieramos ambos el error y no me lo cargaran completo, pues el chofer dio la información errónea. De una manera bastante grosera y alzándome la voz me dijo que ella era "la office manager" y allí se hacia lo que ella decía y me iban a cobrar los $13. Para colmo no me cobraron $13 sino $17. Perdieron un cliente gracias a la "maravillosa y eficiente "office manager".

I have been one of their customers for several months. I called to place an order on 9/11/2008 and after having multiple incorrect quotes from the representative and the owner, I proceeded to say "Your customer service has greatly diminished lately" in effort to communicate my dissatisfaction. The owner then said "well you can go and find someone else, your not our customer". He proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and he repeated "your not our customer" and hung up once more. (This is all after my credit was charged more than I was quoted a few weeks earlier and I was told the owner would call to resolve the issue, but no call was made). I dont know about you, but this type of attitude towards customers says a lot about a company.

Never get this service again, the most unprofessional ever. They will take your payment nicely, they dont get the stuff on time and theyll tell you "Well, Sorry but we dont have drivers in the area, so thats why we got backed up, You still want this service or do you want to cancel it?" They are liars and disgusting filth, they are worthless in every single little aspect of their disgraceful lives.

Id give less than one star if I could BEWARE OF THESE GUYS!! Typical Miami attitude and unprofessional company. If you lived there you know what this means. No one cares about your expectation of service and theres no accountability. Website orders are not even processed and deliveries are late every time! Whats the point of this service if they are Not On-time??!

I work for a company in NJ. We had a packaged delivered to the wrong address, they picked up the package within minutes and delivered to correct address within a half hour! Amazing! This could have been an epic fail! Thank you Nancy from 90 Minute Courier!!!

Customer service is fast and reliable, my receipt was given on demand , Driver was prompt picked up my box in less then 30 mins and had everything done by the Hr I will be using them again.
