Received a notification my package was being dropped off at a UPS Store for me to go pick up because no one was home to accept the package which was a blatant lie. I had been home the whole afternoon, no one came to the door, there was no knock, no notice left on the door, the driver never even tried to deliver it. I tried to call the customer center but I strongly suspect my call was routed to some overseas "customer service" switchboard who took my name and number and said someone would give me a call. When someone called reference to my botched delivery in Florida, they were calling from New Jersey. The woman on the phone had no idea why my complaint was sent to her and she would send it to the local office. They called and said they had asked the driver and he said he attempted to deliver, no one was home and he left a notice. Again, not a knock on the door all day and no notice left. I get this kind of nonsense all the time from our FedEx driver and UPS has been pretty good. Not this time.

Customer service was the WORST Ive ever had in my life just today! I went to the Fort Pierce, Florida UPS at 1:25 pm and as soon as I got there the blonde lady had an attitude with me and she didnt let me use the computer that was supposed to be for customers service as it said in the monitor and I was trying to log in with my UPS ID and she said with an attitude and high voice: What are you trying to do there?. I told her I was trying to log in my account so she could see that Ive already payed for the shipping of my package since I couldnt bring a copy of it. She said: you cant use that computer because UPS dont have internet there! I hope UPS can get rid of this situation, I had a bad moment and I dont think Im coming back to that place if shes there.

I would like for UPS to recognize their employee Richard Mussgrave that delivers packages in Spanish Lakes Fairways Community at 6795 Picante Circle, Fort Pierce, FL 34951 as being a wonderful person. He is very cordial and I am always happy to see him. If I was the owner of UPS I would award him with a raise for doing such a wonderful job. 2 days late on a ground package from Atlanta to Treasure Coast area in Florida -- ridiculous. And, they will not try to deliver in the morning after 2 days of delay, only afternoon. What a joke for service. They think they are so good at service but when they FAIL, they FAIL badly.

The employees customer service is terrible, they were very rude to me & it was my first time there, didnt help me at all, neither did they tell me how to do it by myself. They were very cranky & disrespectful!!!!
