An awful experience that has continued to get worse. The owner/operator of this business is rude and crazy. I gave him a poor review after I rented a U-Haul trailer from him and he wrote me threatening and insulting emails. Save yourself the headaches and go somewhere else for your U-Haul or shipping needs.
