I wish i could give this company no stars. The customer service is completely non-existent. I have had a bad experience in the past already, with them unable to tell me anything about my package, and giving me the run around as to multiple different numbers to call. This time, after waiting on hold for 15 minutes, somone, who didnt identify themselves, picked up the phone saying, "I need your tracking number." He then told me that my package has already been delivered to Orlando, FL 6 days ago. I asked if they had a shipping confirmation, or tracking number from this transfer to USPS, and they told me they wouldnt have one. Whats the point of having shipping and tracking numbers, if not to keep track of what you are shipping!? The post office the next county over, (only a 30 minute drive,) does not take that long to deliver a package. I understand its December. Lots of people are buying things online, and there are many, many packages being shipped, but, noone takes that long to ship. I dont think that DHL actually delivered the package to USPS. Especially because on their website it says "ready for transport to USPS" with a date stamp of 6 days ago. REALLY!? Lastly, the person that I spoke to then says, "Well, the sender has 8-10 days to get the package to you for shipping, and thats not including weekends. Oh yeah, moron? I ordered this package 4 weeks ago! Sounds a bit off to me. Sellers, and senders any goods, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, use another company as this whole company is apparently run by a bunch of people who dont know their elbow from their A******. I would hate for someone to lose business due to a poor choice in shiping method.

On 5/25/17 I bought a very expensive item online and had it ship through DHL. I paid an extra $30.78 to have it insured and shipped a couple days early. The DHL driver left a sorry weve missed you note on my door but when I check online, it says it was delivered and signed for. Ive spent majority of my working hours here at my job trying to get this issue resolved and the service has been terrible. Every time i called i kept getting transferred and every time i get transferred i would be put on hold more than 30 minutes each time. Customer service said that someone would call but they never did. can someone please find my package or give me all of my money back. I have a very important project to start working on 6/01/17 but thanks to DHL i will now miss out on $3,000. So can someone actually get back to me instead of giving me the run-around.

I contacted the dhl customer service line and the person stated that it takes 3-5 days to get the item from dhl st louis to the usps in st louis. I then pointed out that the item had been shipped on dec 26 2013 and still had not been recieved by the 8th of january. Person is very rude i asked to speak to a supervisor and was placed on hold to this time i have now been on hold awaiting the supervisor for over 2 hours. This company is the worst on customer service.

Not dhl store but corporate office. Drove all the way there for nothing. The corporate employees walk with their nose in the air. No time to stop and assist in giving direction to the closest dhl store. They all seemed busy forgetting theyre in business because of people like us. Smh.
