Esta compañia esta llena de ladrones y estafadores, mentirosos desvergonzado. Si trabajas como contractor independiente te dicen muchas mentiras para después no pagarte lo que realmente has trabajado. Después de varias semanas de trabajo no entregan el valor del trabajo realizado ni dicen cuanto pagan por cada carga para después decir que no hiciste lo suficiente y no pagar, o pagar una miseria por una semana de trabajo y tan descaradamente te dicen que si m no estas de acuerdo te busques un abogado, así de descarados y ladrones son todos los que trabajan ahí. Nunca trabajes con ellos. This company is full of thieves and swindlers, liarse and unashamed. If you work as an independent contractor they tell you many lies and then they no pay what you really worked. After several weeks of work, they do not deliver the value of work you have done, or they do not say how much they pay per charge and then say you did not do enough and they do not pal you, or they pay only a pittance for a week of work so blatantly they tell you that if are not agrede, you have to look for a lawyer, so They are thieves and swindlers Never work with them.

WARNING: PLEASE BEWARE OF Predatory, sick men there, including but not limited to, Tom Mara. I would just like to warn anyone looking for a position with this Company. Most of the people there are unskilled labor just trying to make ends meet. Its very diverse, which is a good thing, but then you realize, people are stuck there, with little to no education. LaserShip counts on this ignorance or lack of the ability to see that anyone has the ability to go somewhere where they can prosper and thrive. I would say this isnt a company for anyone with any integrity. Its especially not fit for females. Predators to the Nth degree. All in management, sales especially. Remember the old adage on how slimy sales people are, in general. All of the salespeople there fit this stereotype to a T. Females, please beware. The Senior Management there, in Vienna, are so dishonorable; amoral, conniving, predatory, unethical, filthy in mind and spirit, etc. I cant stress this enough. Women have no value and are not respected in any shape or form. Not one of them. Its a club of predatory, low-lifes who sit around and think about s3x all -- especially TOM MARA. Its almost like theyre all still 15. Really strange culture - original owners from Iran, three of them, so it all starts from the top. Original CEO taught them everything and how to act, even though they should all be taken outside and whipped. Remember Uber, in the news recently? You NOW have an idea of what LaserShip is like. A bunch of dim-witted, Neanderthals who havent realized that growing up and not cheating on your wives is not that bad. Beware of all of them, who pretend that theyre family men and the ones who, especially project that theyre so virtuous. They really wear who they are on the sleeves, so just watch and listen, but only if you have to work there; otherwise please stay away.

My package was supposed to be deliver yesterday via the generally wonderful service of AmazonPrime. Unfortunately, the seller decided to use LaserShip as the courier. My package was supposed to arrive yesterday and has yet to arrive. When I checked the status yesterday, it said something along the lines of "Attempted to deliver package...no one available to receive" - except I had been in the office the entire day. I even ate my lunch in the office...after 30+ minutes of calls (accumulative number from the several calls that had to be made); the driver confirmed that he tried to deliver it. Any quasi-logical human being would be able to read the signs that say please ring bell for [my company name] or press above for [other company name]. The drive pressed neither the doorbell for my company nor the doorbell for the company upstairs...for is he did, he wouldve had someone come get the package! My conclusion is that he/she walked up to the door, tried to open an obviously closed door and left...he was asked to deliver the package before 7:00pm (when I usually leave), and the representative assured me he would try his best. Obviously, I knew that wasnt going to happen...Day 2 and the clock remains ticking. I have very low hopes and from the looks of the suffering of all you other poor souls, I would not be surprised if the package never came. This company is horrid and the fact that they are still in business/are even used by companies like Amazon boggles my mind. Do whatever you can to avoid using this company as their customer service might as well be a robot...it would cost much less than paying people to a below inadequate job. (LaserShip, if youre reading this...I charge my consultancy fee by the hour + every hour you havent deliver my package). Avoid at all costs...pun intended.

Ever since Amazon began using this company, Ive had problems. Out of 6 orders, they have messed up five of them. And I mean REALLY messed up. They lost two orders, which Amazon had to re-issue and ship overnight for free. The other two were delivered a day late. They are pathological liars, never telling the truth from once incident to another. Even between their online tracking information, and what they tell you on the phone, they cant agree with THEMSELVES. And, if you dont agree with the lie, despite overwhelming evidence to PROVE its a lie, they will not allow it. They cant listen to the truth, because they have no way to respond. One of my orders they delivered to another address (they claimed) and said they would go back the next day and get it. They INSISTED there was no reason for me to doubt they could not go right back where they dropped it the prior day, and just pic it right up again! Do they really think customers are that stupid, to believe such a wild story? Obviously, the driver went home with it when he didnt want to work any more that day. Or some other reason he still had it and just didnt get it delivered. The Doral Lasership owners must have learned business principles on another planet. And they must be cousins of the people in New York, because its obvious (over 8 months time) they arent doing anything to improve the situation. So, if you live in South Florida, what were formerly effortless orders with Amazon may be problematic. Personally, when my "prime" membership with Amazon expires, Im using another place to buy stuff -- that being anyone who does NOT use Lasership.

THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE CLOSED FOR BUSINESS OR GIVE YOUR EMPLOYEES A CLASS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE.
