AVOID AT ALL COSTS.If I could give less than one star I would. A package was Delivered there for my wife. I had an info notice notice number however Branden kept insisting that it wasnt there. I had already been told by UPS that it had been delivered there and signed for. He kept insisting on a tracking number and wouldnt look. I asked him to call UPS himself and he refused just giving me the phone number. I returned to my car and called UPS again and they confirmed it was there and gave me a tracking number. I returned to the store and gave him the tracking number and he told me it was invalid after several minutes of arguing he eventually went and looked and surprise he found it and the tracking number was as told to me by UPS. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THAT LOCATION

Very rude man working in this store. Will never return. Shut the door in my mothers face and told her he was not obligated to hold it for her. What an awful experience.

Came to this store to pick up a package, and had a guy named Joe help me. He was very helpful, fast, and efficient. This man deserves a raise.
