Store itself may be fine but my car battery died a quarter mile away from the store, I walk up to AutoZone and ask if they can test and replace the battery (previous Autozones Ive been too provided this service routinely), guy I talked to simply said were not allowed to leave the store, then turned around and starting talking to another employee without giving me any advice or options to resolve my issue. (Like hell a wrench would help I wouldnt brought the thing up there). Instead I noticed theres an O Reillys a few blocks over and they drove me to my car tested the battery and got me a new one. One bad experience doesnt make the store but that being said not being courteous enough to even say "try this place, or that place"

The sales lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering questions about symptoms. While never a replacement for a proper mechanic, this was the next best thing if you just have questions about what to buy. She made sure I got the parts I needed.
