We have been doing business with Randy and Kristen at McGee Tires in Deland since 2002. You have serviced two cars and two trucks during this time. The service, commitment to excellence, the work performed has always been completed within the time schedule provided at the time of dropping off the vehicles. They always offer and have provided transportation when dropping off the vehicles. They always provide a prompt call back to let us know of the cost estimate and when the vehicles are ready to be picked up. We have a high level of confidence in the work done and to this day have never had to return due to the repairs not properly performed. We highly recommend the store and specifically the personal customer service provided by both Randy and Kristen. We rate the store and its employees a ten on car service, personalized customer service, response time, and friendliness.

We went in today to repair a tire (nail) on our Honda Fit. The tire wasnt repairable, and when they didnt have the replacement in stock, Randy offered to order it for next day. Unfortunately, we couldnt wait, as we were leaving next day. They were wonderful, and even put our spare on so we could drive on it safely. Randy told us where to find a Firestone tire store and was extremely helpful, despite knowing we were unlikely going to order it due to our time constraints. We plan to return to them with all our future needs, and we only regret that we were unable to buy our tire from them today. Their service and professionalism gets top marks/5-stars and I would highly recommend making them your "Tire Choice"!! ;-)

Goodyear on Spring Garden Ave. in Deland has been giving my family and I fantastic service for the past 16 years. When we started going there we only had 2 cars and now they service all 4 of my cars. I never worry about getting ripped off there because they always discuss in detail repairs that need to be done immediately (which is hardly ever) and then let me know of repairs that are coming up like worn belts, etc... and that way I can get them on our budget and schedule the repair to get done when I am ready. They know my family all by name and always care. They always go the extra mile and thats why I wouldnt go anywhere else. I recommend them to everyone! Great people!

Had new tire and spare chaned , 2 months later went to put shocks on the back could not drop spare jack handle was gone went 20 mile round trip was told my jack handle went under hood tried to make me look like a fool in front of customers & my daughter jack handle goes in back with the jack , said he couldnt blame anybody because he doesnt know what I did with it said he would get one from salvage yard, never heard from him, cant get the spare down and its flat, this is how Mcgee treats disabled vets. Called me 3 weeks later said the jack handle was a hard one to find never herd anything else go figure thats probably why they kept it

Ive been with Good Year for many years because the service is excellent. I know enough about cars to change my oil and thats about it. Randy and Mark explain things to me on a level I can understand with regards to repairs and the cars performance. I can feel confident after theyve spoken to me that Im doing the right thing. They also let me know if a repair can wait awhile. Its good to know theyre not just out for themselves. Ive been with them since they opened and they always call me by name shortly after I walk in the door. Theyre good people!

A long time customer, first time review. Randy and Jared have always taken care of me and have insured my continuing business by taking complete care of my vehicle and always leaving me far more than satisfied. Specifically, on Saturday, July 30, 2016 Jared went unbelievably above and beyond the expected service to insure the prompt and accurate repairs of my vehicle. Because I was made a priority both in service and pricing, there will be no other facility that I will take my vehicles. Thanks to both Randy and Jared!

I had a flat tire and I called McGee Auto in DeLand who had just replaced the tire. Jared answered and said that they would take care of it. When I got the spare on the car, one of the bolts broke. I was still an hour away from the shop and told him I might not make it by the time they closed. When I arrived, Jared and one of the tire guys were waiting for me. They stayed late to help me out. They fixed the tire that had been punctured by a staple and even fixed the bolt that broke. Everyone was so nice and friendly.

The Daytona store sold me old dry rotted tires then refused to honor the warranty on them, claiming that I hit something or the tire was cut when I took it to the Deland store. I hit nothing, the tire is obviously cracked. Yes it was stupid not to buy road hazard on them, but the dry rotted cracked tire should have been covered by the warranty. He stood there and had the nerve to tell me a place on the tire was "obviously cut" when I had peeled it off BY HAND when it was flapping apart.

I cant tell anyone enough how appreciative I am of McGee Tire in Deland. I have been coming to Marc and Randy for over 6 years now and I would never go anywhere else. They have always been honest and friendly to me and always gives me the best price. They have passion in trying to make every customer leave there satisfied. It is hard to find anyone you can trust to work on your car, but McGee Tire really strive on this value with all their customers! Thank you guys for everything!

I was very impressed with the whole service starting with Kristen, she was so polite and helpful and did not give me any excuses she offered the utmost service for my needs. Now Jared awesome guy instead off adding a bunch of things that my car needed without consulting with me he went step by step with me in the repair process of my car. He did not rip me off but rather helped me out and fixed car quickly at a reasonable price. Im a customer life. Kepp UP the exceptional work!!!

Need 2 tires, but they did not have in stock. Staff, I forgot her name, called everybody to see if she could get the tires. The last place she said was to call place in Orlando and if had the tire would take an hour to get them. I said yes I could wait. Waited for the tires. Tires arrived and mounted. They did not charge transfer fee. Overall all, the effort to get the tires was very impressive. I would return. They did me good, I would go back.

I used to like this place a lot when it was run mostly by Randy. I am finding them much more pricier now since the other guy does most of the business transactions. Randy would always give a fair price....things are not the same since the other guy is mostly who you get to talk to now and he is the one who quotes the price. Do not know his name. I have been taking my car elsewhere for most of my service needs now.
