My father bought a car from Alan Jay Nissan for me. When I went to register the car in New York I come to find out they sold him a car without a title. Thats when it all started. I called the sales man John Nichols who by the way I am still waiting for him to return my call. After know response from him I called Paul Katsiadas who finally returned my calls about 8 hours later and was very nasty and unhelpful. It it was not for a friend of a friend knowing Randy in the executive office I probably would still be waiting. Terrible customer service no one even tried to help. When I finally got the paperers to register the car they were filled out wrong. So to this day I am still waiting for the correct title so I can register the car in my name So I want everyone to know how they sold us a car and then totally forgot about us. Not willing to help rectify any issues until I pushed and pushed. The best part of this is the day I called asking about the tittle I was transferred to a lady named Carla who was actually nice, she says to me I am just getting to your paper work today its the first one on my pile almost a month later. Meanwhile my 30 day temporary plate is about to run out. Alan Jay never again.

Im calling around different dealers trying to get price quotes via Email. Its more convenient for my family and I to get quotes vs driving around all of Florida trying to get the best deal. I filled out the information vis email for Alan Jay Nissan, but received no response. I called in and spoke with Kenny, who was not trying to help me out. I ask politely to speak with another sales rep, according to him nobody knows or wants to do emails, tells me have a good day and hangs up. I called back to speak to a manager to get a better understanding as to what is going on. I asked the manager for his name and he was hesitant, interrupted me and said "whos this?" I explained my situation and how all of the other dealers have no problem with emailing quotes. He said that I had to come in person to get a price quote. Im not wasting my time and driving 2 hours there so that I can come back with an outrageous price. This place is no help at all.

Just purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue SL From Alan Jay Nissan and sales person John Nicoles. A great experience with an happy ending. The entire staff contributed to my decision to purchase the automobile and make us feel great about the experience. The way John handled the experience was truly remarkable, being very patient with us as he tried to show and explain all the many components, Mark went through all the paperwork and even though it was rather long, covered everything to our satisfaction, Great dealer to do business with.

They made me feel appreciated and valued. Like what I wanted mattered to them. They went above and beyond to get me in the car I wanted. Every staff member there was kind and helpful. Their dealership may be smaller than the big city ones but they have everything you could want or need. My salesman John Nichols was knowledgeable and very patient while I asked a million questions. I just cant say enough about this place. If you go anywhere else to buy a vehicle you are doing yourself an injustice.
