Ive taken my medical there several times and felt comfortable with them, perhaps too comfortable. I was preparing to make a cross country move and entrusted them with my car to do a complete and total review overhaul and fix of my car prior to moving. It took them a long time to get back to me and on top of it when I did get the car back it was leaking some fluid. I contacted them immediately and took it back in to put in to take a look. Big ran a computer diagnostic check on it and said he thinks that the sensors were just feeling bad and couldnt find anything wrong with the car then you could not find anything wrong with what could be causing the leak. 11 days later Im now cross country and all of the engine lights are back on and Im leaking a lot of fluid from the bottom of my car. I am now stuck and have to figure out to find another mechanic that I do not know and more than likely spend even more money. I forked out $2,500 to Master auto and Im not sure exactly what they did except for me perhaps cause of problems or not repair what they were supposed to in the first place. This is usually disappointing and upsetting for me as I am alone. Nick is a great guy but not quite sure what has happened to his staff.

My car had an oil leak that other shops were not able to fix. It turned out to be a valve cover gasket. I have also taken my car in for brakes, starter replacement, new rotors and tire rotation. I love their new location. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Their service is always great, techs are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain the car issues that needed to be addressed. I would highly recommend this shop for their top of the line customer service, and real family business feel. Reasonable prices, they have earned my business for life.

Masters is now my go to shop! The staff is friendly and they really know what there talking about! I had my Toyota taken to a dealership for a check up and they told me I had several hundreds of dollars in repairs needed and no proof of what was wrong. But when I went to Masters I was shown multiple pictures of my car when it was on the lift with the wheels off and since I had the work performed there, they had pictures throughout the repair! Saved me hundreds, and a i left with a peace of mind!! 10/10 would go back. Best in town!!

I have been using Masters Auto Services for the past 7 or 8 years. Nick runs a well organized and clean auto repair shop.They have always serviced our trucks in a timely manor. His estimated prices always come in lower than the other two shops that we use. He is the only one that gives a 2 year warranty which include parts & labor. No one else does this. He does stand behind his warranty. I say this because on 2 occasions a part failed in my truck & it was repaired free of charge. I give his shop a rating of 10 out of 10.

While on my way to Blue Springs State Park to camp for the weekend, my truck developed a miss and I was barely able to make it into my campsite on Friday night. On Saturday morning I drove it to Masters Auto Center and they were able to schedule me right away, even though it was Saturday. Their facility is clean and neat, personnel knowledgeable and polite, and the waiting room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. Rates were very reasonable, service was timely, and my truck runs great. Thank you.

I have almost 330,xxx miles on the odometer, and thanks to the team at Masters Im going to see many more! Great staff, great prices, and they really care! I took my truck in because it was running rough, and i thought it needed a fuel pump, instead of putting a fuel pump in and charging me money on a part i didnt need. They recommended a diagnostic to see what the real problem could be and turns out it was a faulty distributor. Im very happy to see a shop that tries to save me money! A+

when nick and masters auto center moved into there new building on s,volusia ave i took my truck there for a alignment being that i have a store across the street it was convenient.man they are very professional super clean shop and front waiting area great people now i have all my repair needs done at masters and i have all my familie and friends go to masters they are very trustworthy..thanks nick and your great staff....

I had a great visit to Master Auto Centers in Orange City Florida. The staff was competent and friendly. The waiting room clean and cool. They even provided a free snack! That was nice. I recommend their service and am glad we found a Groupon coupon for them! Well be going again! :)

So far the guys as masters have been honest and thats all you can hope for in a mechanic. They made one mistake and fixed it immediately. Small mistake but they really take care of you. Try them out if your local.
