Europa auto is tucked away in a small business parkway in Maitland, FL, you could say its a hidden gem. My 2007 BMW 328i had a starter fail and the crew at Europa got my car assessed the same day. The quote to fix my car was 35% less what Fields BMW of Winter Park quoted. I was very nervous taking my car to someone other than the dealer but once you talk with the owner Arnt he will make you feel at ease. Arnt is highly educated in the world of European cars and was nice enough to ease my concerns by talking to me about what my car needs immediately and what can wait. I was even give a tour of their state of the art garage, it is super clean and high tech. Europa auto will also give you a 2 year warranty on any repair! Anyways as you can tell I was very happy and would highly suggest using Europa unless you like sitting around Fields BMW, eating cheap food and overpaying for your repair. Thanks Matt H.

This is a true story. One can call up the BMW dealership and ascertain the facts. I brought my 117k mile 2003 325i in for a check up since the transmission service light came on post a very rainy week in Orlando; we drove through a major puddle which caused the warning light. At the BMW dealer (there is only one north of Orlando) this is their quote: $5700 for a rebuilt transmission. The transmission is bad. That is insane, even at a regular transmission shop one can purchase a rebuilt or used tranny for $1-1.5k and then another $800-1000 for labor. Europas assessment: the warning only tripped once. There is a BMW service bulletin that explains any electro-magnetic variances may cause the warning light (i.e. water and shorting could have caused this). They reset the warning light and tested the transmission. ALL is FINE! Honesty, integrity and reasonable pricing is what you will get with Europa!

If you own a Mercedes this is the place to bring it for service!!! The staff at Europa makes you feel comfortable, explains everything and offers Triple AAA service at fair rates. I had a major squeaking problem after I had "Euro Specialists" install new f/rotors & pads on my 2005 E55. At first they sold me inferior pads so I brought it back and requested they put OEM pads on (which is what I paid for at first). Driving home brakes still squeaked so I had to bring the car back to them again and they could not get the nasty squeaking to go away. I then took it to Europa where they installed a set of ceramic Akebono pads, PROBLEM SOLVED!!! These guys are the best!!! The staff at Europa are the only service center I will bring my car to. I must say out of all the repair shops in Orlando I can honestly report that this company is one of the most kindest, honest, and skilled companies in the industry. I have 2 AMG models and both are serviced here, they have the most up to date equipment to handle my vehicles, I have tried their local competitors and none have come close to the service, the team there is great ask for Chris,Jamal, Emily, or Arnt( the owner, and yes even the owner would be happy to help not something you see anywhere) and they would love to help you with your repair or even just a question, Thanks guys.

Great people who do superior work. They have always been honest with quotes and the price is as expected. 1971 280SL is not an easy car to work on or find parts for but they do a great job. I also needed some custom ac work done and it was handled. Arnt and Laszlo who worked on the car, and Chris and Alan on Mgt staff are easy to communicate with and all of them want to do the very best for your car. You cant beat their 3 yr warantee. I have been a loyal customer the past 7 years. I have never had a bad experience and always felt like they were looking at things in my best interest. They will inspect your vehicle and offer suggestions for repairs or what they see could be issues down the road without pressuring you to act that day. They offer warranties on the parts and service they provide. I would not take my 2001 Mercedes anywhere else. GREAT PEOPLE!.

I hired Europa Auto to Force Match and Balance four new wheels and tires. Im extremely pleased with the result and I especially appreciated how they painted the wheel weights to match the color of my wheels. The weights now blend in with the wheel color instead of stand out. If you are looking for a local shop that has a Road Force GSP9700 balancer and the Hunter Hawkeye Elite alignment rack, this is the place.

Europa did a great job of replacing a clutch on my M Roadster along with several other maintenance items on a 17 y/o vehicle. The office staff, drop off service and follow up were fantastic.
