After being frustrated going to Firestone 3 times in one week and being told they cant figure out why the light on my dashboard says that I have an exterior light out..... needless to say I decided to search for a import auto shop for my BMW. This shop pop up with 5 stars and I can see why. I decided to go to the shop to get my light fix I also mention to the owner that my passenger handle needed to be fix and if he could find the part. I didnt think he would get it immediately but he did. I was able to pick up my car in a few hours and have both things fix with no issues. So great to know I now have a reliable place to go to now. Needless to say the one thing that I learned in this lesson is that an imported car needs to go to an imported shop (PERIOD). Thanks again Robert.

Robert was very polite as well as the others he has working at the shop... i took my Honda s2000 to his shop because the vehicle would not go into gear.. The mechanic found the problem and had to replace the clutch and a few other components involved with the problem... service was completed quickly with parts that are top of the line... The only negative feedback i would give would be that the service is a little pricey but at the same time, you cannot really put a price on a good and honest mechanic.

I brought my hybrid vehicle here after two Toyota dealerships told me that there was nothing that they could do with my car, as they could not figure out what was wrong with it. Robert really knows his foreign cars. I took my VW TDI in and he swapped my radiator fans out and gave me some great advice. Moreover, the job took over two hours, but he only charged me one hour. He is very experienced with foreign cars and is very honest. I am glad I found a mechanic that knows foreign cars in DeLand. I definitely recommend Import Auto.
