THIS PLACE DESERVE ZERO STAR!!!! PHILL THE MANAGER SCREWED ME UP BIG TIME!!!!! ALL MOST FEEL LIKE I GOT DISCRIMINATED AS A RACISM!!! First of all, As a business owner, screw you and your manager Phill. I had the worst possible disappointment with your location not even funny. Phill told me to come in 7:30am for oil change, i get there at 7:25am, he said i cant get me in for another hour. I asked him twice if he can get my filter, he said no problem. (2014 mercedes cla45), even after i ask him its hard to find since so new, he said no problem. I get there 8:15am he said he can get me in, Minutes later he said he cant get the filter. At this point i am mad. I said fine, i will go get filter at Mercedes and bring it. I ask hin if he can get me in soon as i pick up the filter that morning he said if its early enough yes. I rush to dealer pick up the filter and i call him to make sure he said no. He has another customer its not fair for him. Not fair? He is dumb? Am i not taking into an account in his brain? I was treated like a nobody person, i am a doctor and own two businesses i know hoe to treat my patient and customers. Phill did his job poor and you as an owner of the business, hired wrong guy. I already talk to the corporate also i am thinking about going BBB. Because he literally wasted my whole day running around for nothing. Tell me to come in 7:30am and not getting me in, telling me he cant get filter with me asking him hour ago. Got the filter not able to put me in prior to whoever was there to get his car fixed. I was visiting Deland area last December from out of state with my 2012 Dodge Charger. I have been a regular Meineke customer in Laurel, MD and when my engine light came on in Deland, I looked for no other place than a Meineke Car Care Center to perform a check up of what was wrong with my engine. Fortunately, I found the Meineke Car Care Center located on 1301 S Woodland Blvd in Deland. At first glance I was very suspicious when I got there because I was afraid they were going to use such high sounding words like catalytic collimator or rotors to describe the problem with my car and then give me a cut throat price. Hellas! I was very wrong because after just about 15 minutes, I was told by one of the mechanics that the car needed just oil change because it has gone for a lot of mileage without an oil change, which I confirmed was very true. The manager Mr. Ray, a fine and professional gentleman after learning I was from out of state and a regular customer of Meineke in my state offered to drive me around town to complete my errand while his technicians complete my oil change. Even though I declined his offer, his gesture reinforced my trust and satisfaction with the level of care provided at Meineke Car Care centers nationwide and I will not hesitate to refer my family and friends in Deland and in other states to make Meineke Car Care centers their reliable and dependable car care centers. I needed motor mounts put in my car and when i went to pick up my car and paid for it, i left and to my surprise i heard the same noise i heard when i dropped it off to get fixed. I told the manager Phil what was going on, so he test drove it to see for himself. After the test drive the he said I will fix it and make it right, boy did he ever. He drove my car back into the shop and to my surprise he pulled the mechanic off to the side, I couldnt hear the conversation but lets say there was a few choice words coming out of his mouth that didnt seem to pleasant. Long story short, after a few minor adjustments to the car 20 mins later he came out and said lets go for another test drive sir, so off we went. No more noise the car just purred and I was elated. When we went back in he handed me his biz card and said your next oil change is on us, I said thats more than fair with me but what did you say to your mechanic. He said I simply told him "dont tell me that car is done if its not". Phil must have apologized to me 10 times that day and said "we have a great reputation here I wanna keep it that way" "its all about keeping customers happy"! I knew right then not only is this guy honest but hes running a tight ship, thy earned my biz and I will be coming in the future, thanku Phil and crew for making things right for me.

Behold another cheap oil change scam. I called to see how busy they were and they assured me I could get right in, then I asked about the advertised $17.95 oil change price and I heard a disappointed ...uh..yeah. I showed up and when they asked what they could do for me I said..."I called about an oil change"...I get the feeling he know I was the guy looking to for the advertised price. He mumbled something under his breath and went into the garage...leaving me waiting. When he came back he looked at my car and said...oh, theres a $7 additional charge for that vehicle...huh?...Ive driven this car 130,000 miles and as you can guess had the oil changed a couple times. Ive never been charged extra for my "exotic" Toyota 4runner. Needless to say they didnt change my oil today and they never will! To sum up...you can go to meineke DeLand and after up-charges and poor treatment pay the standard oil change price...or just go to an honest business and get it done w/ no BS.

That Deland store ripped me off. They put a used transmission in my ford ranger and said it was under warranty for 6 months. Before the 6 months were up the transmission started missing. They had the truck for over a month saying they would replace the transmission. They finally said the truck was ready and charged me an additional 150.00. We brought the truck home and literally drove it less then 500 miles in 2 months. This week my son began a new job and started using the truck to travel back and forth to work (less then 10 miles round trip) The truck started missing immediately after starting driving it. I had him stop into Meineke, and he was told "I wash my hands of that truck" Ok, well thanks for taking thousands of my dollars, and doing nothing for me.

Excellent service, excellent experience. They took me first thing in the morning before I went to work. They could have easily just taken my money to fix my catalytic converter but instead referred me to the dealership because it could be covered under warranty if under 80,000 miles on some vehicles and my car is at 78,800-- they saved me $600 and didnt get a penny but they will have all of my business in the future as well as every referral. They were quick and honest and that is the first time I have ever experienced that with any shop. As a young girl, most places assume I dont know much but I grew up working on cars with my dad and I appreciate the respect and honesty more than they know. Thank you guys ! If anything goes wrong, Im coming to you!
