If it were possible to give no stars, I would. This could very well be some of the least professional, inconsiderate, disrespectful individuals running a business that I have seen in quite some time, not to mention on the planet. Please note this review is regarding their UHaul renting services that they provide. I cannot speak for their auto repair, however, I doubt their professionalism becomes elevated at any juncture. My parents went to return their auto trailer to this UHaul Authorized location after two days of driving. During this time, my mom asked if they could assist with removing the trailer. My dad was have an unknown medical issue and they needed to get the car unhooked so they could return the trailer and go to the hospital as he was stumbling and confused. Not only did they refuse to help her because it "wasnt their job" and they "arent allowed to do that", but they also told her not to leave any of the vehicles on their property and they didnt care what problems he was having. Additionally, these individuals stated that if she didnt like the service, she could go somewhere else. Never mind the fact that they never once offered to call 911 or ask if they could help, as she was visibly crying in their office, but instead chose to berate her and tell her she wasnt "being very nice" and that if she was a "little nicer" they might be able to help. During this time, my dad, in his confused state, heard them say the car needed to be moved. So, he attempted to do so and barely nudged the trailer. These individuals then proceeded to yell at my mom for this, as she is continuing to cry. The paid moving laborers were nice enough to show up, whos job isnt to unhook the trailer either, and they took care of the trailer. They asked if they needed to bring my dad to the hospital, take care of the dogs in the other car, or if there was anything they could do to help. Clearly the movers understand the meaning of common decency, humanity, and empathy. I met them on the way to the hospital and brought my dad to the ER. Subsequently, my mom called to confirm with the 800 number for U-Haul that the trailer had been logged as being returned (because she didnt want to deal with the local office again) and they didnt event register the trailer as having been returned, which seemed to have been intentional. The whole situation was absolutely disdainful. I would never recommend ANY business that that these two poor excuses for human beings were associated with. My only hope is that when these two gentleman at the UHaul place have family members or loved ones experiencing a medical emergency, that they are not in the presence of individuals like themselves who lack respect and empathy. Do yourself a favor and do what these two men suggested...take your business elsewhere.

Went to "Carsurgeon" for wheel alignment and got, SICK ! When the job was done. I was told that one wheel had "negative camber" and its a straight axle so, nothing can be done about it. A mechanic at another shop found the "negative camber" to be a bad ball joint, and had to be fixed before any alignment can be accomplished. My opinion is that, The Carsurgeon, is a Quack!.
