Very disappointed, took my car in to have an electrical problem and an AC issue looked at - in their defense I had two other shops look at my cars electrical problem only to tell me it was outside of their expertise. I work full time during their business hours so I called two days beforehand and essentially made an appointment to leave my car overnight so they can look at it first thing in the morning. I never receive a call the next day. By noon I inquire and they still need more time... Ok. Across the span of four days they never called me, I had to call them to find out the status of my car only to get no update. (One the third day the phone literally rang with no answer at 4pm, an hour before they close. Three days later, they still have my car and no one is answering my calls nor has called me) Nonetheless if you cant fix or diagnose it in three days, youre probably not going to be able to fix it at all. I call to pick up my car on the fourth day, they said fine, itll be ready by close to be picked up. I arrive 13 minutes before close - nobody is at the desk to assist. I wait the full 13 minutes until their closing time, then just walk up to my car. All doors unlocked, my key in the ignition, transmission in neutral and the parking brake is not set... Needless to say, I took my car. I find out later a window I had kept shut because the regulator was acting up, they further damaged (after taking the door apart its clear it wouldnt roll up, so they continued to hold the up button while it further grinded/twisted/damaged the regulator cables.) after they were done with it, the window would not even stay in the closed position as it had before. Under the hood, bolts to one of my sensors and the engine cover plate were missing from the engine bay. Not sure why they would tell me it would be ready when it wasnt. So nothing resolved, parts are missing and they further damaged my window regulator. Until now, I have never taken my car to get repaired only to have it returned in worse condition. Also, they have never met me. I dropped my car off while they were closed. If they even saw me take the vehicle, they wouldnt know I was the proper owner. To be expected no one has called me to let me know my vehicle was stolen from their property or to confirm that Im the one who picked it up (or return the parts they retained). Would not recommend, they specialize in electric and AC, the two issues I brought it in for - that they did not resolve.

As I work near by from this autoshop one day I had problem with my 2006 chrysler car the A/c fan wont start. So I noticed the car is getting hot. I drop my car to this place to check out while I was at work. I call him after 4 hours and he tells me he hasnt looked yet. He need more time. So then I called him after 2 hours again and then he says the car is running fine and he says the A/c fan is turning on and he checked all electrical wires in good shape and charge me $50.00 for the job and he also added antifreeze. I paid him and went home. Next day again on the way to work the car started heating. So I Called him in the middle of road and asked him about the problem and he says I can offer you towing service for $50.00 and see what is the problem. I felt ripped off as he didnt the job right and due to that i was stuck on road. I risked and I drove my car to another mechanic shop (BOEs Auto) not to far from this rip of place and he checked my car and found out the loose connection on the a/c fan connector and he resoldered the wires and charged me $35.00 and till today I have no problems on my car. from the second mechanic fixing my car. I dont recommend this place and definitely dont drop your car.

Horrible customer service!! Dropped off my Tacoma on a Thursday morning to have brake lights fixed and was told it would be done by 3:30pm that day. I called at 5:30pm to check and no one answered. I left a message and never received a call back. Friday morning by 11am I STILL had not received a call or message or anything!! I called around lunch and was told it was finished on Thursday! Customer service is an absolute joke here and no one ever apologized when I picked up the truck Friday for the lack of communication or being LATE on when they said it would be done. Charged me full price for everything. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Absolutely great, when Joe says you are in good hands he is right. He took my car with many problems and fixed one by one till it is now a great car. Then I had him restore the paint and bumpers, and it looks like the day I bought it. I highly recommend this place, it is hard to find a good reliable shop in Central Florida, I found one in Pops Auto Electric & AC

Ive been coming here for a while now, and the team is always friendly, the prices are great compared to other car shops locally, and they do their best to work with you and get you out in a timely manner. Its always better to have an appointment since they are a small locally owned business, but its not always necessary if you come early. Thanks guys!

I went to four auto shops to ask about my auto electrical problem, two recommended pops auto. I went to the place to check it out. Looked like things were getting done. Brought my pt cruiser in for headlight electrical issues. They fixed it right away at a reasonable cost. The owner Joe is nice to work with.

This place is horrible, very dishonest people I was charged thousands of dollars in repairs and my vehicle still giving me problems. I had to take the car a few times to get re- check .I believe they got the money and didnt do half of the job.please save your self the money and headaches not worth it!!!!

I accidentally shorted out a wire and tried to fix it for 2 days with no luck. I brought the car in, Joe (the owner) looked at it and had it fixed within a couple hours at a good price... very polite and helpful, told me exactly what happened and what he was doing. I would definitely recommend pops!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM, CHARGE ME $100 TO FIX A ELECTRICAL PROBLEMIN THE BACK LIGHTS AND WAIT FOR 3 HOURS ,THEN I CHECK AND REALIZE THAT THE GUY ONLY CHANGE A LIGHT BULB AND STILL HAVE THE PROBLEM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME TAKING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS THEFT!!

I was taken aback, when the ( owner ) started screaming. The reason? I had my A/C charged, and it needed to be topped off. He wanted additional money, and I felt it should have been done correctly, the first time. Owner told me never to come back.....wow!?

Walked in without an appointment, and about 1.5 hours later my truck was blowing cold air again. Had a service port that was leaking. Owner/manager sat down with me and they got it done. The coffee is strong too.
