I recently paid almost $700.00 on a brake job at Midas. I was very reluctant to take my Subaru Outback bearing Illinois plates to any mechanic at the thought of being raped again. The time came when I had no choice, but to take it somewhere. The car lit up like a Xmas tree each time the brakes were applied. I thought I would bite the bullet and have the rear wheel bearings checked at the same time. I was relieved, actually shocked when I was told that my brakes would cost me $190.00 and my wheel bearings were fine. This mechanic could have easily performed the work on the wheel bearings saying they were bad but there is an additional noise we think is coming from the tires and I would have been none the wiser. How hard is to simple to provide good service at a reasonable price? Agner does it and the customer will continue to come back time and time again. Look at these reviews. I wasted hours looking for a mechanic that had reasonable reviews. There were numerous that had 5 star but only one review. That made me a little suspicious. A big thank-you to all those that have take the time to write a review on Agner, you saved me time, money and anguish.

I came here a while back (I think more than a year ago) to get my brake pads and rotors replaced and it was the best experience I ever had. Kelly, the guy who took my call, was really great to talk to and offered me the best price in the whole central florida/brevard county area. I had my own brake pads and rotors, its just the labor I needed to get done and he did it for only $100 and had his guy complete the job in about 40 minutes, so best ever! I also wrote out this long and detailed review to let Kelly know how much I appreciated the great deal he provided me, but when I went to check back on it, it never was published to begin with because apparently it was too long so I wrote out a condensed version to let Kelly know that I didnt forgot to write the review I promised to give him and Agner, but more importantly, to let people know about this hidden gem of a place where you get the best price along with the fastest service, cant beat it! Love it! Now every time I hit my brakes you know what I hear? Nothin! YEAH!

Went in for 2 quarts of Amsoil. Kelly ( a man ) waited on me and found and they only had 1 quart of special oil 10-w30/30 for use in lawnmower engines, etc. He called and it had been replaced by just a 10w30 for the same hot running engines. When I went in the next day to pick it up he wouldnt even wait on me! He was so rude that he set the oil on the counter and told the other guy to take care of me. And on the first day he had the attitude that I was wasting his time and that he had more important things to do than wait on a customer. NOT a good way to treat customers or to run a business that has been in that location for 30 years there!!! Have never had anyone there through the years that has ever treated me like that, ever. The other guys that have worked there have came out from behind the counter and taken the time to walk through the aisles and help you find something. So Kelly, you need to find a new job where you dont have to deal with the public!!!

I just want to say that these are the best guys in town. They are fair, they arent going to try and nickel and dime you, and they arent going to do uncessary work that your car doesnt need. I have a 2005 Toyota Camry with over 115k miles on it. I do the basic oil changes and finally did a tune-up with them in March. I recently called the Toyota dealership to find out what preventative mainentance I needed on the car and they told me all this work (basically what is in the Maintenance Scheduled book). So I called Agner and asked them how much they would charge me for all this work. The guy on the phone said, "well, does it NEED to be fixed, are you having problems?" I told him no. He said, "if it isnt broke - dont fix it, you will know when you need the work." and then he proceeded to tell me what preventative maintenance I really needed to get done. These are by far the honest mechanic brothers and I would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone!

Great Service, Customer and Vehicle - Called ahead and talked to Kelly, explained my radiator issue; he took in good faith I was bringing my 2005 F250 Diesel and pre-ordered a new radiator and gave me a clear and fair price. I was on vacation and had to have my truck finished for the trip home. Brought it in on 12/29/2014 and it was finished 12/30/2014. Additional parts had to be ordered twice; both times Kelly called me back to let me know so there would be no surprises at payment time. And there werent! When ever in the Orlando area again I will go out of my way to bring my truck here instead of some chain store.

Though I didnt end up buying anything on this trip, these guys are the best!! Went in with a dead "duralast" battery looking to get it checked and then buy a new one. They without asking checked the battery, confirmed it was dead and called AutoZone right away for me to confirm their warranty on the battery. Long story short, this place is very honest and sent me away to get a free battery when I would have bought one from them because they were looking out for my best interest. Will definitely buy from them in the future and recommend this place to anyone!! Great customer service!!

My AC on my truck did not function properly. I took it to Tuffys and they told me that I would need a new AC component which would have cost me $1,300. My friend told me about Agner auto parts, so I went. They diagnosed the issue and they told me that all I needed is to replace a couple of things and that I do not need to have a whole new component. They fixed it and it cost me $65 out the door. Very honest people, very genuine customer service. Thank you Agner Auto Parts, Thank you Ed for all of your help. Job well done!

As a woman it is important to feel comfortable and not taken advantage of with car repairs. They have worked with me replacing my radiator, belts. and now recent oil change. They didnt insult my intelligence, answered all of my questions and were extremely friendly. I will not only recommend them as a wonderful, local & family-owned business, I will always support them and go back for future maintenance because they seem to care about my truck and my safety which is worth every penny.

Agner is a family owned business, and they take both their family and their business very seriously. They are great people to get to know and they are very helpful with car repairs. They will never take advantage of you, they will always tell you the truth about what your car needs. They are in the business to provide great service and to make a living, not a buck. It is great knowing that there are people like Agner in business. I almost always go to Agner for my car repairs.
