Welll where do i begin the owner is a compulsive lier, he told one price for parts but when i called napa. The place he gets his parts from they told me it was $100 cheaper than he stated. Now we all know that service shop get great discounts on parts, he still tried to charge me the $100 over price. I told him i called napa and did so in front of him, and he told me they where wrong. But buddy its obvious that you are the lier, then he tried to charge me for double the amount for labor. His computer stated 1.5 hours, it was on the printout he gave me. He then again states its wrong, that i changed the price. Im like whoa, i have no access to your computer dude! His mechanics are great, but he (YOGI) the owner is as crooked as a snake. I also talked to a friend about my experience with the business, he tells me that the car sales side is worst. The owner (YOGI) lied about a price of a vehicle, my friend seen it online and went to the carlot. He got there and was never greeted, the door to the sales office locked with a sign to go up front for service. He then looked at the car and wouldnt start, as a matter of fact looked at 4 cars that did not start up. He(YOGI) then tells him the lie about the price, it was $4000 over what he was asking online. Yogi states it was not his fault and got a attitude with my friend, so in closing i never got my car fixed there and my friend never bought anything. He also said the cars look worst when you get there, then they do online. I think he is using a filter on the pictures online. PLEASE DONT HAVE THIS BUSINESS DO ANYTHING TO YOUR CAR OR BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS GUY! YOU WILL BE LEAVING REALLY QUICKLY, THE CAR LOT SIDE IS A BIGGER JOKE! HIGH MILE CARS AND TRUCKS FOR DOUBLE IS WHAT THEY SHOULD CALL IT! BEWARE, BEWARE WARN A FRIEND!

Dropped my car off for bodywork and when the manager came back to me with an outrageous estimate over $3000 I decided to shop around. Came to pick the car up and the whole time it was somewhere else, God knows where. Im sitting waiting for god knows who to bring my car back to this guys shop and after waiting an hour for my car to get back Ronald has the nerve to ask me if I can drive this guy back to I dont even know where. The whole situation was very shady and I said no Im not driving this guy back I have things to do and youve kept me waiting you can drive him back why are you doing this? Why couldnt I go pick my car up where it is? Why did I have to come here and this guy I dont even know come pick up the car and bring it back? He got defensive and tried giving me the guys information but I wasnt having it. Ronald was shady from the start and my instincts told me hes either trying to middle man me or hes up to no good and I decided not to have anything done there. The over $3000 estimate he gave me ended up being $900 at another mechanic my friend referred me to. Ronalds a scammer, shady, and dishonest...beware.

I paid $120 for a tune up (new wires and plugs) to correct a check engine light. After waiting 2 plus hours I drove to work and my check engine light came on again - this happened 2 more times and $250 more later. Im now being told by a friend this automotive place disconnect my check engine light so it would not come on again rather then fixing the problem. My mom paid $700 for cylinders to be replaced in her transmission - a solution that would solve her problem. Here problem was never resolved and the real issue was her transmission needed replaced and had to pay $2,500 for a re-built transmission. The shop mis-diagnosed the issue and OVERCHARGED for soemthing that didnt need done - A reliable mechanic said this part was $84 and it would of taken 30 minutes tops to fix. Another friend - same story - disconnecting lights to solve issues and they have same issue.

I was completely ripped off by the manager at this Auto service store a couple of years ago, and it still upsets me. I was quoted a very high fee for cleaning out my Cadillac Escalades oil screen & pan (after looking up online the general pricing for this repair, I found the quote to be about double the going rate). After negotiating this price down with the manager, the service was completed and I left. A short while later I had problems with another part of the engine and I went to a different mechanic, who told me the oil screen & pan was never cleaned out for the amount of sludge build-up in it. I have used this other mechanic ever since (Gilberts Auto Repair) for three different cars and have found him trustworthy and the pricing good. Glad to be rid of Lancaster Auto Care.

RIPP OFF ALERT!!! My mother brought her new Honda to their shop for an oil change. Next thing you know, the owner Yogi and mechanic Himanshu quoted her for numerous services that are not needed. She called me, and I told her to RUN FROM THERE ASAP! We then took the car to Coggin Honda, and they put Full synthetic oil and washed the car for $39 and they said nothing was wrong with the car. I also asked them about how much they would charge for the repairs that lancaster auto quoted me, and their prices were $70-90 CHEAPER than lancaster. Its ironic how this small, nasty shop charges more than a dealership...!

I visit Lancaster auto and tire regularly to get my car serviced, because Lancaster auto always have some offers and coupons which they offer all of their customers. also i have trade in my car for a better one at Lancaster auto and tire, the best thing they offered me an amazing program wherein i have to pay $1 a day for 3 months and i was offered 90 days warranty in which they charge cheap labor and no markup on the parts, so in case anything goes wrong with my car, i am still covered. I think this place have a new management now and they really want to take care of their customers.

Was towed there by A AA, the owner was fantastic, I thought it was the fuel pump, he checked it numerous times and came to the conclusion that it was not the fuel pump but on fact it was the computer. Replaced it, and it was a done deal. If anyone tells you they can not diagnose vehicle problems if the check engine light off, thats not true, he hooked up the diagnostic machine and within hours he was able to diagnose the problem. Great work, keep it up.

I bought a car with their buy here pay here program, and the same day the car had issues. they took the car to be fixed, but the problem was always there. I made payments for 3 months and the car issue got worst each time, they never took care of it.These people have no business ethics, I surrender my car back to the dealership, lost my 1500 down payment. Do not buy from LAcasterauto and tire.
