We had the brakes done a week before our trip to the Happiest Place on Earth . . . werent so happy to start hearing a horrible grinding sound when we applied the brakes. We werent sure how long it had been going on, because we only heard it with the radio off and AC on low, which was rare on this vacation trip. We called AAA and they recommended All Car Shop on S John Young Parkway. We called All Car and from my description they said, "No big deal, probably just a misaligned plate rubbing against a rotor, can you bring it in this morning?" They gave us directions (not trusting our GPS) and 20 minutes later, had our car up on the lift. Sure enough, it was a plate. 10 minutes later we were done. I asked how much I owed them and they said, "For that, nothing. Go enjoy your vacation." Even if no parts were needed, they could have (should have) charged for labor. Took a potential ruined vacation and added some non-Disney magic to make it better.

We were on a short trip between Melbourne and Tampa Florida , in the middle of the trip I had a really strong Bump.The next time I hit the brakes the pedal went straight to the floor. The timing was not perfect for a break down mid trip. I came across this garage and at four in the afternoon on a Friday with no choice I tried my luck. Even though these guys close at five they swiftly through my car onto the rack pulled all four tires, expected my brake system its OK for her to test drive . In my case at the end of the day all I really needed to do was to turn the car off and back on again and the ABS brake system would reset itself. They did not charge us even though they went through all the trouble. To my wife and I they were angels. I give them my highest recommendation.

I took a flywheel of a 92 Honda accord to get reserfaced and they wanted to charge me 98 bucks when a new flywheel cost me 77 bucks. If they over charging for something simple as that, I can only imagine how much they are charging customers to get their cars fix. I will suggest anyone that is thinking of taking their cars to all car shop to research how much they will charge in other places. Look for a place that is honest. Check out the shops next to the Rodeo in Kissimmee on S. Hoagland Blvd they have good honest mechanics there that will not over charge you. I gave this place a 2 star instead of a 1 just because the office person was nice but if not if I could I would give them no stars. Who ever is giving the pricing is ripping people off.

I took my vehicle here for a trouble light. I read that my vehicle probably needed a part changed on the internet. The person in the office explained the light to me, told me to drive the vehicle to see if the light comes on and then come back in. He suggested that it would be a waste of money to try and look at the problem. Some other business would have probably just taken my money and told me that the vehicle was fixed. Great job at being honest. I would recommend this shop to you. Check it out for yourself. It is a small business maybe 6 bays but worth the visit. Appointment is needed for most work.

They charged me way more than other auto service places. I had no choice but to have my car repaired with them because it was already there, and it wouldnt start unless changing the part. Long story short... I paid $680.00 with All Car Shop, when it wouldve cost me $430 - $460 somewhere else (I called to compare prices afterwards) I thought, since AAA recommend this place, that they would have integrity. But apparently they dont. Do not come here for services.

If you live in or around Kissimmee and have an issue with your car, do NOT go ANYWHERE but this place! My experience was nothing short of amazing! Very professional and polite, and unlike SO many repair shops, they are HONEST! They wont try and sell you repairs that you dont need. The absolute BEST experience I have EVER had with an auto mechanic. Way to go All Car Shop! You guys are AWESOME! -Lifetime Customer

This place is absolutely amazing in every way! Everyone is so friendly and ready to help you in any way they can. The staff is very knowledgeable and doesnt try to waste your time or cause you to spend unnecessary money. They make you feel like one of the family and not just another dollar sign!
