I went for a simple oil change and Mgr tried to tell me I had 2 major leaks. I asked him if he checked the fluid levels and he didnt answer but wanted to charge me to steam spray underneath the car. Im an older person and he corresponded with my Wife. I use to frequent them often... NO MORE! THERE ARE MANY OTHERS OUT THERE. The quality has deteriorated, I will not frequent them any longer. Update: I had no visible leaks on my driveway but apparently there was a transmission leak while driving. I had spilled soapy windshield washer fluid the day before which is probably what he was referring to as a leak.So the leak he saw was the soapy fluid, so I thought but I wanted a second opinion. I decided to bring it to a foreign car specialist to do a full check. Apparently there was a leak, caused by Firestones prior shoddy work on my right front hub which was replaced almost 1 year ago due to more shoddy work to cover up the shoddy work they did in the first place. The second opinion mechanic told me the hub seal was damaged during installation thus causing the transmission fluid leak. In addition the rotors have to be replaced and the break work I had done at Firestone has to be redone and the alignment was off. Now I will have to pay $1,100.00 to get this car working right. Thank you Firestone. Next time you call I expect some sort of reimbursement.

I am very selective when it comes to service work on my vehicle and Firestone has always been my first choice. This place was very friendly and were quick to offer discounts and find additional discounts as I needed a number of things done at this visit. They were open on Labor Day which is an extra bonus for me , as I am in my office usually Monday through Friday 8- 5 pm which makes it difficult to get work done. The waiting area was clean and comfortable , they did the brake inspection for free and took me out and showed me what parts needed to be changed and told me what I could do at a later time if I wanted to wait. Honest and Sincere service at this location makes them my new service location in Florida.

Not happy. They didnt test drive my jeep after brake job first time. I had to discover issues myself after driving a few miles. A 2 hour service took 2 days. My hands got grease all over them from my steering wheel after they finally test drove it after 2 time they worked on it in 48 hours, very quick to recommend additional $450 worth of work without looking at anything.. Very sloppy start to finish. I should have requested to keep my old parts to verify that every part on my rear brakes needed to be replaced...

Called saturday, was told I would be called back monday. Either way, they didnt sound confident that they could work on a subaru anyway. The requested service requires no special tools, and an off the shelf clutch and timing belt from any of the numerous stores nearby, but they would only go with OEM. They were good enough to replace a tire (after they blew it up), and waved the balancing / mounting fees. I would not suggest them for much more though.

was in the store Friday with a tire issue and Nick did all he could to get me back on the road and was back in on Monday to get a matching tire for the rest of the set on y truck. Dealt with the store Manager Chris Rutherford who was very above board and again helped me out. The level of service from this store was outstanding and I will be going back for future service needs.

My van had a major malfunction while on a roadtrip. These guys got me in almost immediately, and fixed it on the spot. Im a car guy, and this is a top notch shop. Excellent customer service, excellent repair job. So relieved they got me back on the road quickly !!! Highly recommend

Stop in with no appointment because tire was losing pressure. They checked the tire, applied a fix and had us on our way in no time. All the employees we interacted with were polite and they waiting area was neat and comfortable. Would recommend.

Asked if I noticed wet under my car. Was told it was waterpump $600 almost. Still runs fine 1000 miles later without replacing it, turns out i found it was the AC dripping. Almost had me there! Thanks for getting it to start again though!
