We are new to the area and called around to find the best price on tires for our boat trailer. Scott L. was the most informed person I spoke with. He did a little research on the tire I was requesting and called back to give me some additional information I wasnt aware of. He was also the lowest price quoted and though he didnt have the tires in stock he ordered them so theyd be in early the next day. When I arrived, Kevin found a critical bolt that was missing from the trailer and pointed it out to me. I ran to a store and purchase one to match. When I returned he installed my bolts for me along with my new tires. Now thats service!

I feel they are ripoffs, said nothing was wrong with my car...except the suspension system that they would fix for over $1300. One week later my fuel pump went out. Now maybe they cannot check that but I feel they were going for the big job. I cancelled my account with them after they never sent me a bill for that checkup and started adding additional fees to my bill. They dismissed my extra fees after I paid the $10.65 bill. The man in the shop said stay on top of it because the $3.00 fee would soon turn to $25.00. Do not want to do business with people like that.

Knowledgeable mechanics Shop will match prices in many instances with local shops Shop matches tire prices Shop fixes it right the first time Honest people Get your car back to you in a reasonable time Do work on classic cars No I dont work there, but I have been taking all my families vehicles there for years. Ask for Scott or Javier

They "nickel and dime" you 10 dollars a pop. After challenging the head douchebag for a full inspection report by the way total...B.S. I asked the check engine light obd2? what did it perform /readout after full inspection he started to stutter and said we did not perform that procedure... If you do not understand my post i do not recommend you going to this establishment. # dont do it.

Javier is THE MAN! Honest, excellent work, gives good advise. Stretches the value of my hard earned mullah You guys are the best! *** Heres why - car dealer quoted me $400 - for A/C filter, wiper blades, direct fuel injection, and A/C "cleaning" Javiers crew taught me how to clean the A/C system and saves $100 - and just paid $133 for the rest Thats VALUE in my book.

Had an appointment. It was over an hour and they still didnt take the car back to put new tires on. Asked the receptionist how long it would be. She told me her tech was at lunch. She said it was pretty much my problem that I scheduled an appointment during their lunch hour. Dont take appointments during that time then. Not going back and ended up leaving.

The staff is friendly, but the wait is always awful, even when you have an appointment. I had waited over an hour to have my headlight changed just to be told they were unable to get it off because the clip was broken. Two days later the cover fell off from them trying to force it out and I ended up having to replace the entire assembly.

I have been with Tires Plus for eleven years now. I have purchased all sets of tires which I have needed in those eleven years also. I just recently, in the past six months have taken my car for service at Tires Plus. I have to say they do great work in a timely manner and treat me with respect. They never try to sell me on related products.

Jim in-service is awesome he knows exactly what hes doing and can answer all your questions. Nicole on the other hand trys to answer questions that she doesnt understand instantly blames customer for any problems and is quite honestly rude during checkout. This is not a four star tire shop.

These are the only tire guys I trust. Theyve never tried to rip me off or sell me a tire or anything that I didnt need, they take care of me when I go on trips, I dont have to worry that the tires I get are going to fall apart on me. Best tire place around, period.

Extremely courteous,friendly and knowledgeable. Theyve corrected problems others could not & worked with me to keep costs down. Communication is great - they call with updates and/or changes. When I dont understand, they take me into the shop & show me.

They are a bit more expensive but I have never had a bad experience with Tires Plus. The staff was extremely friendly and I got exactly what I asked for with no harassing up selling that you find everywhere else
