Dropped My Vehicle off to DR Jays Auto Repair to ( JAY ), it was a 2003 Toyota Camry I decided to have it repaired at another shop. I had it towed back to my home from his shop today 3/10/2017.... The top of the engine was left open and exposed and parts were put on floor board of the car!!!! The towing company reported that he was very rude and short with them. So in short this is not how my car was received by him and it was certainly NOT returned in the same condition.On top of all this BS We were told by Beverly it would be free to diagnose but Not to return it to its original state! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE!! Here are a couple pictures!

After a long ride to Florida from New York my AC stopped working in my car and was constantly blowing hot air on the driver. I called Dr. Jays and Beverly answered the phone. From the first moment I spoke to Beverly I just felt as if everything was going to be OK. I drove to the shop and they had already ordered the part that they thought I would need. In less than an hour they had my car fixed and I was on my way. Both Beverly and Jay were so nice and I felt very comfortable with them. I only wish their shop was closer to New York because I would definitely have them do my auto work every time!!!! Thank you Jay and Beverly for saving our vacations

My air conditioning went out on my 2007 Chevy Malibu , Jay and Beverly did a wonderful job on the repairs, my air conditioning works great. They explained everything that needed to be done , gave me a great price on the repairs and wanted to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I am very happy with the work they did. I will be taking my car to them from now on for maintenance and repairs. My parents were so impressed with their service they will be taking their cars there too.

I had brought my 02 maxima in because I was hearing a rubbing noise in the left front strut area, Jay diagnosis the problem ordered it and corrected the problem in a timely manner, I really appreciate his help in fixing my vehicle and if I am in the area in the future I will for sure use them.

I cant thank Dr. Jays Auto Repair enough for the prompt and great work they did on our A/C. The air in our old Honda went out and we took it into DR. Jays. DR Jay had it blowing ice cold air in no time. It is even putting the AC in my new Camry to shame!!!
