I do not recommend at all. Very poor customer service. I had to go there twice to join because the young boy was clueless and had no idea of what he was doing. At that point, I should have known that this was not at all a professional gym to belong to. I would have went elsewhere after the hassle related to joining but did not want to have to drive too far or spend to much in gas to go back and forth to Orange City to workout out. I now regret joining this gym because when you join they do not warn you that if you lose the key fob to the door you must pay a fee to replace it. Had they of been so kind as to warn me of this I would have put the key fob on something more sturdy then the cheap and flimsy chain that comes with the key fob. They give you the key fob on a flimsy chain like the one that comes on a pair of cheap finger nail clippers from the dollar store attached to a belt clip and do not care enough to warn you that if it breaks off of the flimsy chain or if you lose it that you must pay the $49 fee to replace it. They will not make any exceptions! I asked and tried to explain that I live on a very modest income but my words fell upon uncaring ears! They care more about the key fob and money than their gym members. I highly suspect this is a creative way that they came up with to make extra money. Instead of paying their expensive fee for the key fob to the door I will be finding another gym since they have made it crystal clear to me that they only care about money and not their members health and fitness needs!

i signed up for a free trial amd was called by the manager to meet at 7pm for an appointment to begin my trial. i also received a confirmation email with the date time and location of the appointment. when i got there i couldnt get in because there was no staff. i called the phone number to the office location wherever that is and they said they werent sure why nobody was there and would have the manager call me back. i drove 25 minutes for this appointment to stand outside the door wasting my time. i called them the next day after never hearing from them and they said nobody would be on staff for four more days so i couldnt begin my trial or meet with anybody until 5 days after my original appointment. i dont know why a company wouldnt want somebodys business. i cant speak to the quality of the gym bc i havent even been able to go inside the building. but the customer service is a joke and i cant even give these guys money if i tried for service.

Before joining Anytime Fitness in Deltona, I met with Heather. She took me on a tour of the facility and answered all my questions. I signed up in May and I have found the gym to be just what I need. I took advantage of the 3 training sessions which were included with my membership. Maurice is awesome! The facility is clean, the LifeFitness equipment is very well maintained, and I like the fact that the free weight section and machines are in separate locations. I have also taken advantage of the video sessions available in the studio area. I am looking forward to taking the yoga classes offered.

Probably the best gym Ive ever been a member of. Never have to wait for equipment, they have deadlift platforms, two large squat rack, and have invested in new equipment that I and others have asked for. I cant comment on the complaints of the other people. But in my experience I have never had an issue getting in touch or feedback from the employees. They allow you the freedom to not be interrupted and if you need them they are in the office. 24hr access and the willingness to invest in the things members want doesnt sound to me like they care more about the money tan the members.

This has been the worst experience. First of all they were open three weeks and didnt even notify me. I had to ride up there. Second it is so dark in the area that my husband doesnt think its safe. Then to top it off I got sick and couldnt attend so they sent me to a collection agency. Just a complete headache.

Ive been going to this gym for almost a year now and I love it. It has everything I need for strength training, its open 24 hours, its rarely crowded, and the manager Heather is very friendly and helpful. Its definitely a better option for me than Planet Fitness or LA Fitness.

The lady that works in the office is evil she has an attitude problem and she does not know how to talk to customers if you dont like your job just quit dont make everyone else feel bad because your life sucks

Went to join, lady said they were full. And didnt even ask if I wanted a tour. And how can you be full when there was only 3 people in their. Looking for another gym today.

Great gym. Manager, Heather, runs the gym really well. She went the extra mile in solving a problem. Reason its not a 5 is the price point for the location.

Nice gym with newer equipment. They have about everything you could ask for. The prices are really high though and not competitive.
