Good all-around gym. 24-hour access. Plenty of free weights with dumbbells up to 120. A full complement of machine exercises. Treadmills, ellipticals, a bike, & a rower. Separate ab room. Another room has a tire flip, weighted sled, boxes (for jumping), battle ropes, & three different punching bags. I only wish they had duplicate sets of dumbbells and climbing ropes.

Open all hours, security is top notch, pretty much anything you would need to achieve your goals and stay motivated! Friendly environment for all levels andor skills of experience and knowledge of fitness. No shame in your game here! Juice bar, shower even trainers upon request. <3 <3 <3 this place

Highly recommend this gym ! Great personal trainers at affordable rates. My daughters trainer has helped her achieve greater strength, speed and endurance in her softball game. Her workouts are challenging and innovative keeping her motivated to reach her personal fitness goals.

Great gym, we switched over from another local gym. This one has twice as many machines and weights, as well as saving money on the membership, which by the way is month to month, no contracts. A great local gym with the equipment of the larger chains.
