I was contacted by Ari Patel who had a job opportunity with one of her clients. After she explained the position she told me one her recruiters was going to reach out to me. Later I received a call from Haley Dwyer. That woman is clueless. She didnt explain to me there were many candidates interviewing for that position. After the interview I Haley told me that the company decided to go with another applicant. She told me she was going to keep in touch about other position. About a month later Haley reached out to me about a position with a different client. I asked her specifically if the position was in HR since that is my field. She told "ohh yes it is", I shouldve known from that "ohh" that it wasnt. I showed up to the interview to find the position was QA and had nothing to do with HR. I felt stupid as I am telling the hiring manager about my objectives and my goals. Later Haley reached out to me stating that her client wanted to offer me a position. I asked her if she remember who I was and what position I was interested in. She later apologize about the "misunderstanding" and she will reach out to me with any opportunities in my field and to keep her updated. Of course I never heard back from her and did not bother call them again. I found a great staffing agency named Randstad.Nicole Mestre is the best she listens to what you are looking for and schedules you interview with great clients.

Horrible, people here think that anyone they find a job for are kids. They found me a job & the company was a joke. In the training everyone was cracking jokes, they did everything in the class but teach us what we needed to learn. I made a comment in the class about it, was dismissed from the job (lol) & then the rep from aerotek calls at night & advices me not to return to work (ok no problem) then calls again in the morning to remind me to return to the work site (WTH was she serious) lmao. She then went on about why I was dismissed without me asking her, as she didnt bother on asking any questions but assumed that what she was told was what it was I asked her to please dont ever call me again for another job. Went on with my happy life! My check was suppose to arrive by Friday its Saturday & still my check is not here!!!

Very bad recruitment agency.they don have courtesy to tell people why they are not hiring at least they can share wat is the problem.i jus given the interview in Aerotek about 3months back they took my all details and did background verification.I was keep on following my previous employer, but the Recruiter who calls me for interview keep on saying that he din get the details.Even my previous employer send me the same mail twice as prove that they have send the details.

Aerotek i believe has very good connections with great companies and based on your experience ; they have good pay rates as well. Mostly every job ive interviewed with i have been hired- they are straight forward and there is nothing hidden. i always refer friends that are seeking employment to this agency. (i have worked with 2 other agencies and this is the best so far)

I loved Aerotek as a company but the service sucked! Everyone sound as if they were new. My check came in late in the mail was not offered the cash pay card till I mentioned my check wasnt received. When I had questions its like my recruiter was never there. Sorry Aerotek you guys need alot of improving. P.s. learn our names you get paid because of us!

I love Karla which my recruiter , even though I dont talk to her anymore I still send people her way. she gave me an opportunity when no one else did, she taught me how to interview when I didnt know how. I will not lie , interviews are my weakness. She then had me work for Rosanna which is awesome , love them both!!
