Last thursday/Friday around 11am walked in applied for a job. First thing I was told was to complete the paper application that the recruiter had in the interview room. Completed the application and the recruiter asked us to give him my two forms of ID. Moments later he stated to call back at 2. I called back at 2 was told I was not in the system and that I should have completed the online app first. Today i completed the online app and called. They told me you have to speak with steve at 3. I called steve at 3 and we went on and on about how he didnt speak to me or process my application and he hung up in my face. Called back and spoke with the lady and she said that was my fault you shouldve spoke with Nate.....bottom line this is the most unprofessional, disrespectful, and unorganized agency I have ever been in contact with. I havent even had a job with them yet and honestly I do not think I will. You do not treat people like this and I will report this to coorporate

If I could give no stars, I would. Forges lack of communication with employers was my biggest problem. The customer service is horrific. I was sent to three jobs and every job sent me back stating that they didnt request help from Forge and sent me on my merry way. The first two times I was told was a mistake so I held my composure. A mistake a third time, I dont think so. Janel was rude when I went in the office and expressed to her that the company was very unprofessional. I had to remind her that without myself and all the other employees employed at Forge, she would be unemployed. Forge make money on every person that works for them. I wouldnt recommend this location to my worse enemy. Pam was the only person who was helpful and for that I am appreciative. Everyone else were incompetent, rude, ignorant, imbeciles. I recommend Prologistixs. They give you real jobs with real pay.

Typical lies I think its there standard !.. 1St job they I accepted they told me it was Mon -Fri 3p -11 I get there they tell me is 330-12am then they wanted us to work Sun everyone who didnt were fired. 2ND job they told me it 11p -7am but we had to be at the office by 8 I got there 3 mins past an they made a big deal about me not being on time for a shift that starts 3 hrs later but in reality they had 9 people scheduled an they only needed 2 positions so 7 were sent home. 3rd final job they told me it was Mon -Fri 6am -230pm ..I start work they tell me its 6-4 seriously WTF !..then to too it off they worked me the day after Christmas a full day telling us before hand if we did work it only be a few hours ..I get my check an its only a half days pay ..I complain they took my info down said they would get back to me that afternoon not a word yet they was 3 days ago. !!

I would give five starts I worked for them awhile ago an the stuff they had was very very friendly they even remember your name just from you calling in stopped working there for awhile an they have all new staff they can be kinda rude Ive been in the office an people are just sitting while maybe a couple people are really doing there just since last year I be trying to just get another orientation with then they say come in will be doin an class that they said a different time for me yet i get there an there is more people there for orientation a they will finish up one an ask use to come back later for another one so obviously there not on the same page an i live a good 45 minutes form there an this has happen a few times still waiting to get that orientation other then that they get you a job very fast just need them to get the other stuff together

Zero love here When dealing with this place I deal with the Nightside ball head white guy treat you integrity and respect. Everything other than that whats going to happen is that youre going to find yourself getting paid dollars less than everyone else around you you going to be disrespected over the phone and treated like piece of meat. Complete transparency at 9 a.m. August 7th some little girl in the middle of discussing a job she hung up the phone and attempt to hurry it up. Any place that employs people to not have compassion and respect for others will not respect you because you are just a body to make money off of Rating.... not worth the disrespect not worth the shity pay not worth not being able to pay your bills

Got a call for a internal position at from Aurora returned her call to schedule a interview she set it up for Today 8/3/17 @ 11am told to ask for Cali or Dustin got there not sure if it was cali i spoke with she never gave me her name but she went in back office spoke with dustin told him i was here then told me he has to leave and he is the only one who can interview me ask me can i return on monday? I accepted but I think why schedule an interview if the boss will be away or has other things to tend to also why would no one call me to say Ms.Emery we will need to reschedule that ahead of time I cant say This was a very professional move and I was really looking forward to this Interview.

I wouldnt even give this one star me and my mother both worked here. There was extreme favoritism showed and a lack of respect for employees working there. My mother got fired because another college made a mistake but because he had been there longer she took the fall. I got fired because I was pregnant and became ill at work I nearly passed out. One of the supervisors sent me home so I returned back the next day and was told my "assignment had been finished" and there was no need for me to return there. They were horrible absolutely horrible. Then supervisors that were there arent working anymore. It was pitiful I hope that nobody ever has to be forced to work there.

The worst experience ever. The agents are rude, and unprofessional. They hang up on people. They dont keep track of employee hrs. They dont get back to employees in a timely fashion. None of the positions they offer are stable. Ive worked for several staffing agencies since 2009, select staffing, Morales GRP, employment plus, ext. Never had I had so many inconvenience till I walked into that damn place. Ive never even rated a place before but this place is so unprofessional that I felt I had to... Wish I could make it more known how unprofessional and irresponsible and rude the staff there is....

I know that I feel the same way alot of others do. I have tried to get ahold of the right person I need to get what I want and once again the company is lacking n communication skills and I even spoke to very rude n disrespectful reps that wrk in the Indianapolis area. If I didnt have a bad record I would write this place off for ever!!
