This company has by far, the most terrible customer service that I ever had to experience, and I have been in the design and printing business for almost 20 years. Just today, the owner showed absolutely no professionalism nor respect for his client. Lucky for this printer that they can afford to lose long-time loyal customers, that they can afford to tell clientele to leave the premises after bringing to their attention that a job was printed poorly. This owner didnt even bother to look up my account to recognize my LONG and good-standing history with HIS company. I made an effort to visit the printer to make an honest complain and the owner greeted me with a condescending attitude. He plainly did not care about what I was relating to him and was very open about it. I am astonished at how people do business sometimes. There are plenty of reputable and good-quality printing businesses I can rely on. I am certain my loyal business will be greatly valued and welcome somewhere else. I do not recommend this printing business.

I have been doing business with City Colors for many years. I have owned my own printing company for 25 years in Miami, have been in printing for 55 years and worked for the largest printing companies in the Northeast. I say all this just to qualify my opinion. City Colors is a fantastic company in every way. In all the printing that we did through the years with City Colors, all the jobs were delivered on time and all the jobs were top quality with no reruns. I dont know of another wholesale printer where I can say the same. Customer Service always knows where my job is and handle everything in an efficient, professional manner. When I have had a complicated job, the owner always had time to work out the details, personally. City Colors is the Best of the wholesale printers.

City Colors is by far the Best Wholesale Printing Company in the country. When you send your Jobs there you never have the fear of having your customers being offered there services behind your back. In 15 Years of working with city colors There has never been a Issue on Quality or Turnaround, But what makes City Colors the only Wholesale printer you will ever need is there speed. Amazing how every single job always goes out as Promised. There same day service cant be Touched. Send a Job in by noon have it Ready for Pick up or shipped by 5:00 without EVER in all these years a delay. I dont know how they do it but KEEP DOING IT...

Personalized Perfectly

Customer service is a joke! Hostile and completely lacking in business skills. I have been a customer for at least 10 years and they refused to fix an order that they told me was incorrect and said it shouldnt have been printed the way it was and they would replace it. Then they decided they werent going to do that, it was all my fault. So needless to say will never be doing business with them again. I would rather pay more than be treated like that.

This company says they are trade only and then offer big corporations access to their trade only site and wholesale prices. This hurts the brokers an resellers especially when they come off and are trusted as "TRADE ONLY" Very wrong and unethical and I will never do business with them ever again. My source to this information is someone who works at this company.
