If I could give zero stars I would. These people are incompetent and are zero help. I asked for a wedding dress to be overnighted and they put the label on the wrong box. So not only did the customer get someone elses package, the wedding dress will more than likely not make it to her on her wedding day!! How do you screw something like this up when your supposed to verify the addresses and names. I am being told there is nothing that can be done. This is the most horrible experience for the shipper and this poor bride!! This is just carelessness and unprofessionalism at its finest.

Brought in more than 10 pre-paid packages for my TV Repair business. I was helped by Becky, she let people cut in front of me and did not begin scanning my packages until I made my third trip into the building. She was unable to print me a receipt. She was enthusiastic about speaking to everyone who came in, friendly. I never got the receipt. Two more people came in and Becky joked around with them while I waited. She thanked me in a way that felt mean-spirited when I left.

Becky was great. she really knows a lot about art and all the supplies they offer there. We were VERY impressed. We had gone to Hobby Lobby and other great stores but Becky makes all the difference for us to go to FedEx from now on. She was so helpful and thoughtful. Outstanding customer service and its hard to find that anywhere anymore.
