I had a poor experience while trying to get printing services done, I would take your printing business elsewhere. The staff was friendly, but their lack of knowledge or training on their printing services was shocking. Details: When I came into the store, I asked about printing stickers. They said no problem, then I had to wait while the associate asked about pricing. After waiting, she showed me to the paper she said they would be able to print on. I picked out some, bought it and was told to simply email the design to the supervisor, Mark. It took about 45 minutes just to get that far in the store which I though was a long time for asking a few questions and buying paper, but I shrugged it off. About an hour later I emailed Mark the files he needed. This is where things went down hill. I didnt get a confirmation after email the assets by mid-day the next day. So, I give Mark a call and he informs me that they cant print color because their printer is having trouble with yellow toner since this morning. I found it odd that he never gave me a call to let know after getting my email. He tells me he should know if it will be fixed by noon the next day, I tell him to call me then. 2pm rolls around and I havent heard from Mark. So, I give him a call and ask about my print job, he puts me on hold for a few minutes to find out. When he gets back, he informs me that the tech wont be in to diagnose the problem until the afternoon. After a slight pause, he tells me theres more bad news. Apparently, they sold me $16 dollar paper they couldnt print on. So, after spending 2 days working with these people to find out if theyll even be able to print, not only am I not able to get my prints, but now I have to drive all the way back to the store to either pick up my paper or get a refund. TL:DR: Dont come to this Office Max for print work, theyre unprofessional and lack proper training/experience to get it done right.

Why I hate Office Max By: Germeyslaya March 2, 2016 I went to the office max because I had so much clatter When I arrived they asked me what was the matter I told them my story with a sad grin Then the manager Rich with a slight twitch, said it seems you cant win. I then proceeded to prance around to see what they had in store. When all the sudden Rich ran up like a wild bore He then stopped me with a sudden screech When all of a sudden he got on his knees and started to preach He said for the love of god I need this $8 an hour job Then I noticed his pants starting to throb. Followed by an inquiry to touch his knob I jolted away with such fear Because this man was obviously queer I told him I dont swing with the same team and he just asked me what do u mean. I tried to run but his grip was to strong He pulled down my pants and showed me his dong He bent me over with such force So I pleaded for remorse. He spoke with such tone as he started to bone. He whispers in my ear this is my office max followed by his mighty climax. After his deed was done I started to run This was my trip to OfficeMax

This was the only place I could find in a 15 mile radius that sold colored masking tape. I went right away and picked up 2 of every color. The cashier was very friendly. I couldnt find a basket to carry my supplies and successfully get the the cash register, so I had to struggle to carry 12 rolls of tape. Other than that the place was clean and the people were friendly.

The could not or would not find out information on products. He Brandon told me there was no assembly and I showed him that there was. I asked about delivery and he dismissed my question. It is no wonder why the store is always empty with service like this. Just go up the street to Staples

OfficeMax is your typical business supply store. I have occasionally found it difficult to get assistance in this location. Their office supply selection is substantial and they do price match

Go toward the expensive items and a guy was all about customer service. Back to the print shop...two employees wouldnt look up. I made eye contact with one as I walked away. No reaponse.

Although this place is showing its age; it isnt as modern as the Staples up the street, it offers products that are different. Its always nice to have another option.

Aside from the store being dirty, its difficult to get any assistance and the selection of products is terrible.
