I gave them one star because I cant give them zero stars, "Hated It" is an understatement. When I called about sending out save the dates for my wedding, the gentleman (I use that term loosely) had the biggest attitude I have come across in the service industry. I told him that I wanted these sent out in envelopes and the addresses printed on them and he proceeded to tell me that he emailed me back, which he was assuming because I did not send him any. Then he copped an attitude even further and asked why I wanted them sent in envelopes. It seems counter-intuitive that a company that makes its business sending things out for people would question why I would want to send anything out. Do yourself a favor and find somebody else to send and print your items. These people are incredibly rude and should learn some customer service and general manners when dealing with customers. Id rather have the fictional stork pick up my save the dates and fly them to wherever they need to go. What a disgrace!

I love SirSpeedy Miami Lakes! Ive now used them through three companies and refer anyone I know with printing needs to them and Im always impressed by the quality of their work. Theyve done sales brochures, flyers, folders, conference programs, business cards, and poster boards for me. They are very accommodating and really work with us if we need something done custom or if an order needs to be tweaked. Denise and Lemay are great to work with. I plan to continue using SirSpeedy for many more years.

Dont even waste your time! I call early in the morning to let them know I need a quote on a couple of things and Im told Ill get a response in the afternoon. Its almost closing time for them so I call to make sure they received my email and Im told "Yes Ive been super busy therefore I havent responded, Ill check it out now". Guess what? I still havent heard from them. I have no idea how there so busy if they dont respond to there potential clients.
