Mr Gustavo Navarro owns and runs the worst courier service in the state of Florida. He receives packages delivered by USPS and claims he never did. Moreover, when you call to inquire about your package, all he will do is yell at you over the phone and say that "I dont care what USPS says". What a way to take care of the customers! I truly regret using this freight service to ship my packages to Venezuela. By far the worst experience anybody will ever have using courier services. For your own sake, do not fall in the hands of Mr Navarro and do not put your packages in his hands, or you will experience what I did: your package will not be accounted for (not on his part), he will not take responsability, and you will be yelled at.

FRAUD!!!! My paypal account was also hacked, retards tried to put the order in 4 times and only got it through twice- pretty sure they tried to send it to me acouple of the times and cancelled it- smart ones these people, nothing had posted yet and everything is frozen so nice try dummies!! from all the other reviews its obvious they know they have customers that commit fraud and dont care. wish i could give ZERO stars.. just saying.

This address was used by a person who placed 3 orders on our website using a stolen credit card. We called to let the company know so they could block this customer from using their service and they did not care and seemed to be happy to be a part of the fraud schemes. We also asked if they could return any items that we shipped to their address but they had already been processed and forwarded to the customer.

I just want to congratulate Mr. Navarro and his staff for the professional service I have received in the last month when I had to send packages to Curacao, Venezuela and Panama. They took the time to call the office and alert me that the receivers had already the packages. Therefore I strongly recommend anyone that needs to send packages or other items via Express Courier Service. Good Work.

FRAUD!!!! Hacked my Paypal account and made $300 in purchases in 2 days!! I caught it and instantly had my account frozen. Nice try ASSHOLES!!!! And theyre so dumb they forgot to change the shipping address on the stupid watch they bought for $130. They realized on the shoes for the Nikes and had them sent to this address: 8424 nw 56st 1111 Miami fl 33195 Why havent they been shut down yet?!

Like the previous entries, my Paypal was hacked and was having items from Aeropostale shipped to their address. I looked up the ship-to address, and found who it was owned by. I have already reported the fraud to the government, and I will also be filing a police report with the local station.

Mr Navarro does not seem to know what is going on.I sent a package that he signed for and ups convermed that he did sign for it.I call and he says he nevered recieved it I guess he has not changed.Do not use at all.I guess he likes keeping packages for himself.Will not use again.!
